Trusted Service I have used this service center since having purchased my Nissan rogue in 2013. They're always friendly in the facility is always clean and organized. I have used this service center since having purchased my Nissan rogue in 2013. They're always friendly in the facility is always clean and organized. My Nissan rogue has low miles for a 6 year old car and looks in excellent condition. I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, budgeting about $300. In the end, it cost me $1,600 with another $900 worth of work needing to be done. I was told that despite all the times that I have brought it in in the past, that there were things that needed to be done that were never done. if I had been told about them in the past I could have taken care of them a little at a time instead of spending $1,600 all at once. As an individual on a fixed income due to retirement, I was shocked and disappointed by that fact. Despite that, I trust the work that they do. More
Return Buyer!! This is the second automobile that I have purchased from the Gordie Boucher Nissan dealer in Greenfield. With my first car I went alone to the dealers This is the second automobile that I have purchased from the Gordie Boucher Nissan dealer in Greenfield. With my first car I went alone to the dealership because my wife refused to come with but it was evident at that moment on that this dealer was not at all like those sleazy dealers who try to get you on every point. I walked out same day with my new car- and I had that feeling that I had a fair transaction and paid a fair price. No stupid tricks, no “hold on and I’ll go ask my manager” back and forth nonsense. My dealer was Scott Foote on both my cars. He was excellent from start to finish. I think what I liked most was that he was upfront and honest, easy to talk to, straight forward. On the second car I called, asked for Scott, we made a few back and forth emails and all I had to do is pop-in sign the papers and drive off with my new car. My wife came with me on that purchase and on the way home she commented on how this was the nicest, smoothest, care-free car purchases that we’ve ever had. We both felt that we got a good deal- and we were happy with the price, the financing, and everything. All with zero aggravation!! Two of my coworkers were talking about how they dreaded going to a car dealer- one said that’s why he’s driving a 10 year old car because he hates dealing with car dealers. The other was going to Car*** to escape the haggling but expected to pay a higher price. I told them both to go to Gordie Boucher and ask for Scott Foote. My son will need a car in a few years and I plan to purchase from Gordie Boucher!! In fact, I doubt I’d ever buy from any other dealer!! Seriously, it was that good of a car buying experience. More
