Overall solid dealership I was very happy with this dealership. I visited several Nissan dealerships in the area in my search for a Nissan Rogue (and many other dealerships o I was very happy with this dealership. I visited several Nissan dealerships in the area in my search for a Nissan Rogue (and many other dealerships of other makes before I narrowed it down to the Rogue, might I add). Of all of them, my experience with Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield stood out from the start. Marissa Marino, my sales rep, explained to me in more detail all the features of the car and the differences between the trims. I honestly learned a lot more from her than the sales reps at any of the other dealerships. I also felt much less pushed into buying from the reps or sales manager which made me like it even more (if I can sense pushiness from the dealership, it makes me uncomfortable). When it came down to buying, I felt like I left with the price I wanted to leave with. They are careful with their paperwork, crossing their t's and dotting their i's which made me trust them even more. The finance manager I ended up "sealing the deal" with was PJ. His easygoing personality made things great and easy to understand. I preferred him over the other finance manger at the dealership. All in all, I have no regrets thus far. More

She took note of all my concerns and they were all addressed and fixed by the time I was ready to purchase the car. Their attention to detail is what really makes this dealership stand out. Oil change and tire rotation I was told one hour of service time then told 1 hr 45 10 minutes later. I had other appts. that day and it did get done in 1 hr 15. Thanks! I think it is very important to promise oil and tire changes in 1 hr or less. I do see and feel pressure to get more service work done by all dealers that provide service and that's why I have my own mechanic. More

Nissan unable to repair problem I have just 3,000 miles on my 2018 Rouge, lately it has developed a vibration on the steering wheel and floorboard. I took it in to Gordie Boucher an I have just 3,000 miles on my 2018 Rouge, lately it has developed a vibration on the steering wheel and floorboard. I took it in to Gordie Boucher and was advised that the vibration is coming from the engine and that based on the CVT transmission and vehicle design this is common symptom to this vehicle. I looked on line and have seen several complaints about this same vibration since at least 2015. # 1 if this problem has been around that long why hasn't it been corrected? #2 if someone pays almost $30,000. for a car it shouldn't have this problem. The service person advised that there is NOTHING that can be done about it. 3# Nissan if this is how you do business and treat you customers I have to tell you .... you lost me as well as some friends and relatives as a customer. More
