I was referred to this dealership and heard several good comments from former customers. Brad Doney the salesman went over the features of the car twice before I left. Mike explained all the paperwork, which entailed quite a bit to make sure I understood everything and Tom finished off the day with an exit interview and an additional gift. I was never made to feel embarassed or not worthy of their time due to my situation. John Rzepny made me feel very welcome, and he was VERY patient with my limitations in what am able to afford. He spent a LOT of time to find the right vehicle for me, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I was far from the easiest case they had to work with.
