I was disappointed that I was told I needed a new filter for $37 but then ended up with a $62 bill (oil change was part of our service package so should be no charge). If you give a quote labor should be included in the quote. Seems a really high labor charge for a filter. Frustrating. Last time I came for a recall because you sent an email stating it needed to be done only to find out it was already done. Time before asked them to check my light. They said they changed the lightbulb but it still wasn't working. Wanted to charge an $80 diagnostic fee. Took elsewhere and they noticed the other lightbulb was out. Easy fix that had been missed. This is very simple and direct. I attempted to get "Out the Door" price from 2 other dealerships. He didn't try to mislead me, he was blunt, and straight to the point. Also he got me the best OTD price of any other dealership. More
