I went in to have my juke checked out because it was having steering issues. They diagnosed the problem as my tie rods after charging me $180 just for the diagnosis. I had my tie rods replaced, which we having steering issues. They diagnosed the problem as my tie rods after charging me $180 just for the diagnosis. I came in for my appointment, they were a little busy though. They honored my appointment and saw me first, took about an hour for the stuff I needed done. Overall good experience. though.
