The service department is horrible!! I didn't expect your system to cutoff my complete 1st sentence. I wish I could go back and edit it. It would look completely different. Like this; * 1 star Your service department turn your dealership into a disappointment. It totally drags the experience with excellent sales staff down. Your the service manager? That explains a lot. Your lack of attention to detail and honest concern of your customers needs. I'm sure this is a system generated response but I would expect surveys received would run thru a word key and separate the positive responses and batch the negative by searching on key words like; disappointed, deception, incompetent. But that kind of programming is done when you really care about satisfaction.
