I had to drop my vehicle off after hours, Cory called right away next morning, the issue diagnosed and parts ordered. He told me it would be ready next afternoon. I appreciate the sales staff but am completely disappointed in the service department. I feel offended by the amount of times of deception. Amanda was the first person involved in this issue. It is not totally her fault but she was person that did or was told to not mention the replacement part is different and will not function or match the same. My issue is currently still in progress. The service department has wastes hours of my time by my returning to the dealership, bring in for scheduled appointments, sitting and waiting for the service repair and it doesn't get fixed. Every time they assure me it is taken care of. This is the 3rd car I have purchased at this dealership. I had great experiences working with the sales staff. Leo and Kip have assisted me and my family all 3 times. They understood and found the right cars to meet needs. Can say enough about them. In past surveys I have given the dealership the highest rankings. I don't want to rank the whole dealership on the level of dislike I have for the service department. I want to make it clear the sales part of dealership warrants 10 stars if it that was possible and I would give the service part no stars!! More

Service was not very good; we (3rd party) dropped off a vehicle 6/2 for Sunroof issue diagnosis/ repair. Updates were few and far between, update information was inaccurate, and repairs took just shy of a vehicle 6/2 for Sunroof issue diagnosis/ repair. Kory did what he could but there was a serious breakdown on the back end to the point that the customer was asking for compensation due to time frame. More

I had my Maxima towed to the dealership after an unfortunate attempted theft of it in downtown Milwaukee. Thankfully Boucher Nissan was able to order a new passenger side window and get my keys repr unfortunate attempted theft of it in downtown Milwaukee. Thankfully Boucher Nissan was able to order a new passenger side window and get my keys reprogrammed within a day and I had my car ready in less than 2 days! The insurance company wanted me to take it elsewhere to get it repaired but I insisted on taking it to Boucher Nissan. Amanda was amazing to work with and helped me get my vehicle back quickly!
