Excellent service! This vehicle was not even purchased at this dealership, but rather from Heiser Chevrolet. They directed me to Boucher Nissan for Nissan-specific par This vehicle was not even purchased at this dealership, but rather from Heiser Chevrolet. They directed me to Boucher Nissan for Nissan-specific parts and service. Service was quick, efficient, courteous, and they had my bottom line in interest. My repair ended up costing me $0, and the dealership sent an Uber driver to pick me up from downtown Milwaukee to come and get my car. They also courtesy washed my car, which was a nice touch! I will definitely be back with any future service needs on this vehicle. More

I enjoy having my vehicle serviced at Gordie Boucher. All the employees in the service department are awesome. My vehicle is serviced right the first time. First experience was great. Took car in for check engine light, was offered a shuttle right away, had my car back a few hours later. But then the check engine light came on aga Took car in for check engine light, was offered a shuttle right away, had my car back a few hours later. But then the check engine light came on again on the drive home, so I had to come in again the next day. Was never offered a shuttle, waited for an hour and a half before I was eventually told to take it home because there would need to be time to sort out trying to replace a part that was replaced 7000 miles ago. Now I get to come in a third time, and I’m not even sure the original fix that cost $860 was the actual real problem considering the check engine light was still on. More
