NO VISIBLE COVID19 PRECAUTIONS I did not observe ANY staff wearing masks or gloves. I did not see ANY precautions in place for COVID19, it appeared to be business as usual. As a health care provider the lack of concern/respect for the health of staff and customers was extremely off putting. Luckily it was a nice day and I was able to wait outside for my service to be completed. In the future, I will be avoiding service at this location until they put proper and visible PANDEMIC precautions in place. I typically have a pleasurable experience with Duke but Jess came across condescending and non-empathetic. More
