Mediocre Was told when making the appointment that should be 12-1pm pick-up. The pick-up time was changed to "late afternoon" when I arrived at my 8am drop-of Was told when making the appointment that should be 12-1pm pick-up. The pick-up time was changed to "late afternoon" when I arrived at my 8am drop-off, which would significantly affect my planning for the day. When I questioned why this was pushed several hours from what I was originally told, the response was "we like to under promise and over deliver." Was never offered a shuttle or complimentary loaner car for the day. Due to the significant variability of potential in pick-up time, and that I am 45 minutes from the location, I asked multiple times for a 1-hour heads up phone call when getting close to pick-up time which I did not receive. When I did pick-up, the head light controls had been switched to off from auto without my knowledge (work was being done on the rear suspension), so didn't think to check and was driving around without headlights on which was a significant hazard. More

The Representatives are always GREAT! I brought my truck in because I heard a rattling on the left hand drive side when I'm driving and wanted to have it check out.
