Oil change, tire rotation & new battery for 2014 Rogue Few days before scheduled service. Tuesday was available & wanted early. 7:30AM was available which I took. Was there at 7:30 & was greeted within Few days before scheduled service. Tuesday was available & wanted early. 7:30AM was available which I took. Was there at 7:30 & was greeted within a minute. Had a coupon for oil change, tire rotation & dozen other checks. Also opted for a new battery (existing battery was 5+ yrs old). Service was provided within estimated time + car wash. Was informed that in 6 months or so would need some brake work + before winter recommended new tires. Estimates for both items was provided. What can I say? The service was great. More

Used wrong oil poor service Used wrong oil, said it was fine. Slammed case of oil on my car because I asked for correct oil and new filter. I had to check my own Oil level after Used wrong oil, said it was fine. Slammed case of oil on my car because I asked for correct oil and new filter. I had to check my own Oil level after I had to remind them to change the filter. Which they did after putting car back on ground full of new oil. Oil change took three hours and was still low on oil when I left. I had to go buy another quart of oil to fill my engine. Duke was the only bright spot of the experience. More
