Before spending THOUSANDS of dollars on this warranty, I specifically asked if everything was covered, and I was ASSURED that it was (other than obvious wear parts, brakes, wheels, etc). At the time of service my truck was still in the warranty period, but SURPRISE, my fix was not covered. Last time I checked, a coolant hose was between the bumpers, and not considered a wear part. Shame on me for taking the warranty at face value, I suppose. More

Bad bad bad We ordered our Ford pick up truck in December, in late February we called to check on it. As it turns out they never ordered the truck. In April we called again to check on the truck still hadn’t gone to the assembly line. Long story short we finally picked up the truck in June. We asked if there were any rebates or incentives for handicap people we were told no they didn’t give any additional money off for running boards or any other type of thing. While looking on the Internet I found that Ford does give some kind of incentive rebate for people with handicaps. Again they dropped the ball More
