Our high miles, but solid Ford Explorer needed A/C service. We worked with Tim on this visit. The Explorer's repaired A/C works like new and we expect to get many tens of thousands of additional miles of life from this vehicle. This service center was awesome! The employees went above and beyond and were so friendly, yet professional in dealing with me. Brought my auto in on July 2 to fix air conditioner problem. Service dept installed a 1005 CPHT for $225.00. Next morning same problem appeared on my auto. Brought the car back on July 6. Was schedule problem. Service dept installed a 1005 CPHT for $225.00. Next morning same problem appeared on my auto. Brought the car back on July 6. Was scheduled for July7. Brought car in. Was told the car needed a HVAC Module for $495.00. I told them that I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money when I wasn't sure the fix would work. The Service Advisor offered me 2 free oil changes. My changes are $50 apiece. I was to receive $100 worth of oil changes for $225 installation which was not the correct fix. I am not pleased with the service received. More
