The people at Schultz Ford are always courteous and eager to help. To bump up to five stars, i would like a clean car. My vehicle usually comes out of service dirtier than when it went in. Hand prints, grease, etc. i recently got new tires and grey goop was slung all over my new expensive sidewalls. I wonder why they dont send u home looking spiffy. When i got home i checked my new tire pressures and some were off by 10 psi. One of them would not register a pressure and i discovered the stem valve core was broken. How did they air it up that way? Must have happened when they removed the air hose? I enjoy diy so i learned how to fix it and i’m happy. Im sure they would have fixed it for me, i just didn’t want to spend the time driving there and waiting all over again. Great people, i recommend. Also, the coffee in the waiting area is quite good, including fresh milk. More
