I left my XC 90 for 80k service prior to leaving town for a long weekend trip, Staff notified me of the work that was needed or recommended and discussed it with me. Service dept is always great! I was there for some warranty work that had been done already. Jeep refused to do it so I had to come back to Volvo. It was not a great time for me a I was there for some warranty work that had been done already. Jeep refused to do it so I had to come back to Volvo. It was not a great time for me as my father had just passed away. I thought they were going to charge me for for the labor but they didn't. So I was happy about that. The showroom service/vibe is lacking. Maybe I didn't look like I could afford a Volvo? Or maybe they had met their sales goals already? I sat out there waiting to be picked up by a friend for a good 30-45 minutes. I counted at least 6 employees. I looked at 2 vehicles on display. Not interested, but still. Nothing. Not a single hello. Weird? Or rude? More
