Expensive. I'd much prefer to schedule a visit without first committing to pre-configured service tiers. But it's a Volvo and I guess it's the price of admission. Overall, it was a good experience. I did wait awhile to get my car but the work was solid. I did have one interesting observation, after I was debriefed of the work needed on my car by Jon, another Servi get my car but the work was solid.
