I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from Rancho Ford in Temecula. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by manager Don Figgs and Steve Knox I felt welcome and at ease. I would personally like to commend the efforts of Dani in Service for the outstanding customer service and support of his service staff. I have had numerous problems with my 2001 F350 and Dani has partnered Service for the outstanding customer service and support of his service staff. I have had numerous problems with my 2001 F350 and Dani has partnered with me to get everything fixed properly and I now feel I am good to go. He is very responsive when I call (if not at his desk, he always calls back promptly and gives me confidence regarding his assessments and recommmendations). I came to Rancho Ford looking for a vehicle to replace my leased car that was going back at the end of the month. The 2009 45th anniversary Mustang I purchased is just what I was looking for. Not only did I get a great car, but the staff there were friendly, helpful and got me through the process. They were honest and not pushy and answered all the questions up front. I was at other dealerships before, and only got the bait and switch routine.I kept my options open on buying a car.
