Warranty work I brought my edge into Gosch Ford Temecula to have warranty work done. The warranty was NOT a ford warranty but instead an extended warranty bought at I brought my edge into Gosch Ford Temecula to have warranty work done. The warranty was NOT a ford warranty but instead an extended warranty bought at time of purchase of used vehicle. That being said, the warranty company approved one week of free car rental but then kept stalling to approve the work on my car. My week of rental ran out and I was still arguing with warranty company to get them to approve the work and stressed that I would not have a car to get to and from my work, since my car was undrivable. My service advisor Ken went above and beyond my expectations and gave me a car through ford - which again the warranty was NOT through - until the work was approved and finished. This definitely helped my stress level. Ken showed me that awesome customer service still exists! Thank you so much Ken for caring about your customers! DEFINITELY recommend service advisor Ken to anyone that needs service to their vehicle. More

I had believed they did until driving down the 15 and it popped off. Terrified I went to Gosch and right away Kenn Olson helped calm me down. He went above and beyond to fix the problem with no stress. I felt valued and safer after talking with Kenn. Best service and concern for customers.
