Outstanding customer service!!! I have a very hectic work schedule and it is not always possible for me to make an appointment for service. My F-250 had a lingering check engine lig I have a very hectic work schedule and it is not always possible for me to make an appointment for service. My F-250 had a lingering check engine light that was bugging the xxxx out of me. I finally got the chance to take a last minute day off from work so I crossed my fingers and took the truck to the dealer for service. Kenny Olson was the bomb and worked me into their tight schedule. Five hours later I was back home with my fully repaired vehicle. The customer service was phenomenal! More

Don’t take advantage of women. My wife went in for a tire with a slow leak. I pointed out the nail in the tread of the tire. Service advisor said there was sidewall damage and tire My wife went in for a tire with a slow leak. I pointed out the nail in the tread of the tire. She called me and I told her to leave and head over to American tire where they fixed the leak with a plug for free. shame on you for trying to take advantage of a woman! More
