Absolutely hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had in my life…Caleb was both upfront and honest about what we can expect to get for our budget and gave me 2 great options to consider…the Soul and had in my life…Caleb was both upfront and honest about what we can expect to get for our budget and gave me 2 great options to consider…the Soul and the Rogue…this was the other thing I was really impressed with…I had no idea I had access to ALL of Goschs car lots…that saved soooo much time and only having to deal with one salesperson was genius…Caleb was also very attentive to my moms needs and concerns and helped overcome any objections she had…the Manager…I can’t remember his name but he came across very straight forward and to the point and the fact that he lowered the price $2000 in order to help us afford the 3 year warranty absolutely sold the car hands down…the woman that helped with finance…very efficient fast very patient and courteous to my mom and on point with any questions that were asked…overall I just want to thank everyone involved for making this happen…I am handicapped and this experience did not bother me at all…and lastly, we walked in at 1245 and were rolling out in Soul at 430…the fastest I’ve ever bought a car from ANY dealership…thanks Caleb and those names I forgot not because they weren’t memorable but just because I’m bad at remembering names after my stroke…thanks again I would absolutely start any future car buying at Gosch in Hemet!!M More
