Justin quickly completed the paper work necessary to get the work started and advised me that it would take about an hour. As the hour was coming to a close Justin came to the waiting room, sat down beside me, explained what they had done, detailed the condition of the brakes, tires, filters and etc., answered my questions and explained what I might expect to need to do on my next service. Well, it was time to turn it in and after going over our options, we decided on leasing a 2014 Camry SE. WOW, what a car. I was so impressed I decided to purchase one for myself (trading in a 2010 Charger). They were easy to work with and made a fair offer on the Charger even though I was somewhat upside down. Overall, I would highly recommend them as overall, there main priority is making the customer happy by putting them in a brand new car with a deal that is fair for both sides (realistically, they need to make some money too.) We conducted alot of on-line research before we purchased our Highlander. Manny came on on top, therefore earned our business. This meant so much to us because we had gathered most of the information (including Pricing) about the vehicle before we went in. This definately saved time on the day. Manny has a very nice demeanor, he was very informative, yet not too pushy. We could tell that he enjoys his job. He crunched the numbers for us that very very close to what we asked for. The prices in Gosch Toyota are competitive, this is a hugh factor nowadays because families have many bills to foot and limited budgets. We would not hesitate to recommend Manny to anyone. Jessica is an electronic genious - this was awesome for us "electronically challenged" folks. James was very thorough with the Finance Paperwork and got us through quickly. Overall, a great experience would return for a future purchase. BTW, we really like the vehicle. More
Gosch Toyota dealership in Hemet CA is completely dishonest. They would not honor the price for car that they advertised on multiple websites. They falsely advertise, denying the advertisement was theirs and said the listing was for another car even though the VIN # on all of the advertisements match the actual car at the dealership and on the main website of the dealership. They use a tactic of listing cars for different prices on a variety of websites to try and entice customers. Once you show up in person they refuse to stand by the listed pricing. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. The entire staff is completely unprofessional using vulgar language when you don’t agree to their shenanigans. More

I took my toyota in for the 30,000 service, the sevice person was very polite and focused on my visit. He arranged for my ride home in a very timely manner plus told me when it woukd be done and it person was very polite and focused on my visit.
