I have broughten my Toyota into this dealer on four separate occasions each time I requested a different service personel. I tried four times to give this dealer a chance and each time they were rude, separate occasions each time I requested a different service personel. I tried four times to give this dealer a chance and each time they were rude,took at least one hour longer than promised,were late picking me up with the the shuttle and when I got my car back it was a mess with oil everywhere and my oil cap had been smashed under the hood when I brought it to their attention they said since it left their property I could have tampered with it so I am done with this dealer I am now taking my vehicle to moss bros and they are 100 times better More

He took us on the longest test drive(s) I have ever taken, we tried out both Ford and Toyota. We decided on the Tundra, and he came at us with 1 number, He did the best deal with us without having to go back 20 times, he gave a solid number, great trade in value for our old Toyota, and had our Truck driven up from Carlsbad before dark that day. He sells cars, but there was no pressure, no chasing through the lot, no trying to change our mind on what we wanted, no "settling" to make the deal. Oh and I love that it is a one stop shop. We got to park the Ford F150 next to the Tundra for a side by side comparison, and drive them both within 10 minutes of eachother. I am truly impressed and will let everyone know to GO TO GOSCH!!!! Each time I take my car into Gosch for service I am always greeted in a friendly manner. I never have to wait a long time to be waited on. She gives me an estimate on what the work will cost and it is usually close to that estimate. For years I had gone to a dealer in Temcula. It was crowded, prices were higher and they took much longer to get the job done. I am so happy with the courtesy, work-manship and pricing of Gosh. I also appreciate that they will give my car a quick car wash before they return it to me. I also enjoy the coffee and doughnuts if I have an early morning appointment. Last July I bought a 2009 Toyota Venza with all the bells and whistles on it. However the next day I notices that it was missing one of those bells, so I returned to the dealership to complain. During the next 2 weeks they tried to find a replacement vehicle but were unable to find one. Next they tried to add the missing bell to my car, but that proved to be impossible. To my amazement Jim Phelps (GSM), refunded all my money, as he promised. I was so impressed, that I was determined to stick with them to get the car of my dreams, and not go to another dealer. The Blizzard Pearl Venza was so hard to find that I waited 5 months for the car to be special ordered from the factory. I finally got my car December 15th with all the bells and whistles. It's a beauty and I love it. To say that I was blown away by this dealership, Jim and Dale, is putting it mildly. Dale sold me the car and he is by far the nicest guy with a great personality. He treated me like I was his own mother. He spent hours teaching me all the complicated tech gadgets, GPS, bluetooth, satellite radio etc. He even gave me his personal phone number to call with any questions I might have. Believe me, I have used that number on several occasions. Talk about going the extra mile! The day I picked up the car, Dale came to my house to program my garage door opener into the car. Then he got on a ladder in my garage, to hang a tennis ball from the ceiling so I would know just how far to pull in so I wouldn't bash in the front end and could safely open the hatchback. Now how is that for service? I can't say enough good things about Gosch Toyota. Dale and Jim are changing the image of the "Dreaded Car Dealer". Thanks guys! More

Out of all the dealers I worked with for the best internet price, Gosch came out with not only the best deal but by far were willing to do all the little things that in the end seem like so much! Emilio and Gabriel not only kept up frequent communication via email and phone, but made simple work of transitioning between each others days off to ensure I was never left waiting for responses. The price was right and they helped to produce the exact vehicle I was looking for. It came down to the wire with another dealership and Gosch stole the show! After doing all my research online and traveling back and forth to different dealers, I finally chose Gosch Toyota to buy my new car. The other dealerships I dealt with were rude, pushy, and didn't seem tha forth to different dealers, I finally chose Gosch Toyota to buy my new car. Even though Hemet is quite a drive from where I live, over an hour, I realized that it was worth it in the long run. Sonny went above and beyond trying to get me all the great deals he could which was difficult because I am a first time buyer with little income but really good credit. When I wasn't approved for the vehicle I initially wanted, I was disappointed. However, Sonny said that he could put me in a 2010 Toyota Yaris. After a test drive, I was sold. He processed all my papers and called me back the next day with the great news. I got a very low monthly car payment and they worked with me every second of the way to make sure I was satisfied and tried to get me all that they could. They really earned there ratings with me. As far as I'm concerned, I will continue to do business with them. They aren't pushy or forceful. I was very pleased with my first experience buying a car as soon as I found Gosch!! More
