Gosch Toyota - Service Center

Having just had tires and breaks checked the week before my Gosh visit, I was assured that tires and breaks were fine for another 10K. But Tom at Gosh called even before I got home to let me know that he fe my Gosh visit, I was assured that tires and breaks were fine for another 10K. But Tom at Gosh called even before I got home to let me know that he felt I needed break work, replacement parts and new tires as well as new wiper blades. I paid for my scheduled service and declined the tires and brakes. I took the car to another tire deeler and was again advised that I did not need breaks or tires and that my wiper blades were "fine". I don't know why two diffrent Tire Stores would tell me my tires and breaks were "good to go" for another 10K if Tom at Gosh could so clearly see I needed to replace them. I plan to go someplace else for my next service. More

I love using Gosch Toyota service. I have broughten my Toyota into this dealer on four separate occasions each time I requested a different service personel. I tried four times to give this dealer a chance and each time they were rude, separate occasions each time I requested a different service personel. I tried four times to give this dealer a chance and each time they were rude,took at least one hour longer than promised,were late picking me up with the the shuttle and when I got my car back it was a mess with oil everywhere and my oil cap had been smashed under the hood when I brought it to their attention they said since it left their property I could have tampered with it so I am done with this dealer I am now taking my vehicle to moss bros and they are 100 times better More

Everytime I go in to get my Toyota tacoma serviced Tye always gets me in, when I need to get it in. I drive out of town for work and I need my truck, when I need to get my truck serviced he works with m always gets me in, when I need to get it in. Mr. Tye Guiterez is a professional! In the past, I have dealt with Tye who has been prompt and accurate. I took my 2009 xB in for its 30000 mile service. According to their web site the price for the Scion recommended 30000 maintenance was 259.00. The service rep I dealt with "Tye" made came up with several things not a part of the Scion recommended service at 30000, like fuel injection inspection. I felt that he was making stuff up to pad the bill. He cut me off while I was talking and I felt that was not respectful. I decided to take my car to Toyota/Scion of Riverside instead and I was able to get the Scion recommended service without any problems and at a lower price. I would highly recommend Toyota/Scion of Riverside for service. More
