Made initial contact to determine which type of truck I wanted. Loved the Ram 1500. Once I narrowed down my search from all the makes, I wanted to decide between the Laramie, Big Horn or Limited. I dealt with Jeremy on both occasions with great satisfaction and promise; when I left the second time, I gave all my information for trade in value on my 2017 Subaru. After a week, the dealership reached out to me for my opinion on my experience. I responded lightly with my disappointment with the lack of response on my trade in value and received no response to that correspondence. About a month later I drove 70 miles away in state and purchased a 2020 Laramie with satisfactory results. I drove the new Ram for about 300 miles and received a ‘check trailer brake wiring’ notification and reached out to Goss for service. I scheduled an appointment and due to the Covid situation they were not taking customers indoors (understandably). So I used the drop box and parked my Ram. When I arrived 4 hours later, she was still sitting in the spot I had originally parked. I knocked on the service door and someone came out and as I expected, no work had been done. I got my fob and the next workday I tried to schedule an appointment online. I was told I would receive an email with a scheduled appointment but I received no response. A week later I again attempted to reach out online (several attempts to call were unsuccessful I can only assume due to covid re-staffing) and the person I was dealing with in the IM said someone would get back to me during the day. It has been 6 days since that conversation with nothing heard. I understand the current situation requires flexibility. I’m all for it. The fact that I have been ignored on several fronts (sales and service) with no accountability and no response to several requests under different circumstances has led me to believe this is not a dealership worth conducting business with. Having said that, I am content with my decision to purchase my vehicle at a different dealership. The only plus for me is that I enjoy driving my Laramie so the 70 mile transit to St J is ok by me. More
I worked with the sale group at Goss and they are awesome. It took me 3months to pick what I wanted and they never pressured me at all ever. Defiantly the worst car sale experience ever. Had 0 knowledge of the car. Forgot to put both of us on the registration delayed the sale 2 days. After signing papers which had no information about insur knowledge of the car. Forgot to put both of us on the registration delayed the sale 2 days. After signing papers which had no information about insurance details, and after I had the car for 3 days said I needed to change my policy at a cost of $400 a year. In ad said there would be a $300 discount of price, while charging $299 to process yhdd Ed paper work. They were lucky I needed the car immediately or would have gone elsewhere More

I have been a 10+ year customer of Goss Dodge. I have bought 3 vehicles there in that time. Recently I had my truck in for service. Dropped it off and later that day I saw it parked at a local social clu bought 3 vehicles there in that time. Recently I had my truck in for service. Dropped it off and later that day I saw it parked at a local social club at lunchtime. I contacted Goss and they said the mechanic stopped in for lunch against policy and apologized. Water under the bridge. A couple days later I took my truck to my mechanic to rotate the tires and he pointed out the rear differential breather tube looked cut. I had him fix it. Some months later I was in for a coolant reservoir replacement after getting it home there were several bolts that were loose around the reservoir that were not tightened properly. Ok, just missed them. It happens. Last week I went in for a recall and they called to ask if I wanted to replace my rear brakes for inspection. I stated not to I would have my mechanic do it. 2 days later I brought my truck to my mechanic to do the rear brakes and inspection. He called me later to state one of the 16 mm mounting bolts was missing. Gone. That’s not a bolt that just falls out. I emailed the service manager at Goss and got no response. Third time is a charm. I will not be returning there again. Take this review for what it’s worth. More
