Quick & Fair I went in looking to buy a used car they had posted online. I ended up with Wayne as a sales person. He was very friendly and straight forward. I traded my car in and they gave me fair value for it. The car I was purchasing had a scratch on the door and they told me as soon as I got there it was already scheduled for the body shop. It had an open recall for an interior light and they brought that to VW to have that taken care of. It also still had all seasons on it and my car I traded in had studded snow's. They paid half for new studded snow tires and threw in the mount and balance for free. The process was very quick and painless. I've been to other dealers and spent 4+ hours there purchasing a used car. I think in total I was at Goss Dodge for 1 1/2 hours for everything. My wife is going to need a newer used car in the next 6 months or so and we will be headed back to work with Wayne for that purchase as well. More

I told him I was shopping for either a 2018 or 2019 Ram 1500 and looking to trade in my truck that was in positive equity territory. After test driving each year, an offer was put out on the table, which included the same KBB trade-in value for my truck on both offer sheets. Note: I've had other businesses tinker with trade-in value in the past when it came to truck shopping. I drove a used 2018 Ram 1500 off the lot that night, and was by far the least anxious I've ever been over a new(er) automobile purchase. I sure hope to do more business with Jeremy in the future! Rather than offer me less than what my veichle is actually worth according to the NADA book. I am surely not a fool and know my veichle is worth a lot more than they offered especially the fact I have extremely low miles on it! In the past we had purchased a vehicle from Goss. I can say their customer service was good then. But after my recent experience I will never buy another vehicle from them again! More
