I bought a slightly used bright red 2018 Chevy Cruze LT with several options from Goss Jeep. I needed to replace my car due to a lot of underbody rust. I searched several local dealerships online and found a very low mileage - 17,500 - Cruze at Goss Jeep. The price was $5,000 under the KBB price. Most people don't want sedans anymore, but I do. They gave me more than I expected for my 2011 Ford Fusion and I bought my Cruze with cash that day. McKinnan was great to work with and I couldn't be happier. I had to use their service dept this week for a minor fix and they had a car for me to use. I'm very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend them and McKinnan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
It has been almost 2 months and no resolution to my missing $500.00. Working with BBB and attorney but Goss has not offered any solution other than pointing the finger at me. Horrible service department. They charged me an hour labor just to look at my license plate lights and told me what I already knew that the wires are corroded, and they said I need to buy a new one. They didn't do anything else I asked them to do most importantly I asked them to look at my tail light that is burning bulbs and they forgot to do that! They also failed to check my starting issue which I said is not the battery but they tested that anyway when I said not to. And when asked what they can do about my bolt that sheered off they put in the notes just bolt is missing. It's not missing it's sheered inside and needs to be drilled out. The incompetency of these people is absurd, they should not be licensed to work on Fiats. More

We purchased a vehicle and put a $500.00 deposit down. It was supposed to be refunded and it never was. Looks like we paid more than we thought we would. Customer service was shady and never responded back to me. I heard from one of the managers to which he argued the fact the money was refunded. My bank still states otherwise. Whatever happened to good customer service! We purchased a very expensive truck from Goss years ago and had nothing but issues with customer service then. Decided to give them a second chance and still get screwed over in the process. We will go to Midstate from here on out! More

I recently traded in our vehicle and purchased a Chrysler 300. The car is awesome, but the customer service was the BEST experience I have had !!!!!! Goss Dodge - On a recent impromptu visit to the dealership to learn more about the Ram Promaster 2500 than what I had read online, I received outstanding customer service from Dan Fortin. At the early stages of searching for the right van, Dan spent time showing me the vans on the lot and described the features and benefits of Ram Promaster 1500 vs the 2500. I don't often write reviews, but I absolutely have to share my recent experience with Goss in South Burlington. After I experienced a series of unfortunate events with my new RAM truck, I decided to try share my recent experience with Goss in South Burlington. After I experienced a series of unfortunate events with my new RAM truck, I decided to try to reach out to the management at Goss for help. I was blown away by the response. Within no more than 30 minutes of sending an email, I received a reply from the General Manager/Owner himself. Brian said he would review my case with his management team and get back to me right away. He called that same afternoon and I got to speak, not only with him but also to his management staff that he had on the line. Incredible! They carefully listened to my situation and then, within days, resolved all of the issues to my complete satisfaction. They didn't stop there. Mike, the Service Department Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty and worked for weeks with RAM to provide me a means to restore my complete confidence in my new truck. I've been purchasing cars for well over four decades now and this was, without question, the best service I've ever received from any dealership. They treated me more like a good friend than just a customer. They were not satisfied until they knew for certain I was satisfied. Thanks to them, I can now fully enjoy my new truck. This was not the only great experience I've had with Goss. I was having a hard time finding the exact truck I wanted, but both John and Vince from the sales team worked tirelessly and with extraordinary patience until they found me the perfect truck at a great price. No other dealership that I had contacted in all of Vermont even came close to their dedication. I don't see how it could be possible for any auto dealership to treat their customers with better respect and service than I received from Goss. I will highly recommend them to everyone, and whenever I need a new vehicle, I now know exactly where to go to get the best personal service in Vermont. More
