I visited Goss Dodge in April with the interest in a Dodge Dart, I was not ready to make a purchase yet. On the day I went to make the purchase Andrew went out of his way to make sure I leased the car that I really wanted, he knew exactly what I wanted. Since my purchase I have e-mailed Andrew with a few questions and he has always gotten back to me promptly. Once I was even in the part/service department having something checked out and he came up and asked me if there was any problem. I love my car and the service that I have received since I purchased it. When my lease is up, I definitely will be contacting Andrew for my next purchase. More

Having purchased many vehicles over the last 30 something years, I have never, and I mean never, been treated so well at a car dealership. I know I sound like a mother gushing over her child, LOL; but it's completely true. He was sooo friendly and kind to our 7 year old daughter who was bored as heck with car shopping. They worked fast and got us even more than I'd hoped for for our trade-in. Excellent loan rates were available. We were in to look and out with a 2011 Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible in about 3 hours total time. WOW huh!? It was a whole new experience for our family and in complete contrast to the salesman at Della Toyota in Plattsburgh where they had a similar vehicle but the saleman was nothing short of just plain rude and the trade offer was a bad joke! I even bought an extended warranty since I got such a good trade in value on my old car! And Steve has been in contact several times since to follow up and check in on us. This was a too good to be true deal BUT it was true. We will absolutely be going back to Goss and Steve next spring when we plan to trade our other vehicle in.
