I visited Goss Dodge in April with the interest in a Dodge Dart, I was not ready to make a purchase yet. On the day I went to make the purchase Andrew went out of his way to make sure I leased the car that I really wanted, he knew exactly what I wanted. Since my purchase I have e-mailed Andrew with a few questions and he has always gotten back to me promptly. Once I was even in the part/service department having something checked out and he came up and asked me if there was any problem. I love my car and the service that I have received since I purchased it. When my lease is up, I definitely will be contacting Andrew for my next purchase. More

Having purchased many vehicles over the last 30 something years, I have never, and I mean never, been treated so well at a car dealership. I know I sound like a mother gushing over her child, LOL; but it's completely true. He was sooo friendly and kind to our 7 year old daughter who was bored as heck with car shopping. They worked fast and got us even more than I'd hoped for for our trade-in. Excellent loan rates were available. We were in to look and out with a 2011 Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible in about 3 hours total time. WOW huh!? It was a whole new experience for our family and in complete contrast to the salesman at Della Toyota in Plattsburgh where they had a similar vehicle but the saleman was nothing short of just plain rude and the trade offer was a bad joke! I even bought an extended warranty since I got such a good trade in value on my old car! And Steve has been in contact several times since to follow up and check in on us. This was a too good to be true deal BUT it was true. We will absolutely be going back to Goss and Steve next spring when we plan to trade our other vehicle in. Many kudos to Goss and Steve and please keep up the great work! We love you! More

This is my second purchase thru Willie Racines. I honestly debated whether to go back, as my first purchase was not a pleasent one. However while doing a drive by last weekend, I thought I would pop in and take a look at the 2014's and Scott came out and said Hello. After a breif conversation with him I decided that I would come another day to test drive the new Grand Cherokee. I'm very glad I did. My experience with Scot was night and day different from my previous one. He was knowledgeable, took his time to walk thru every option. His personality was warm and friendly. I had my young neice with me and he offered her beverages and snacks which was very nice. I appreciated the fact that he acknowldege her! Many people see children as invisable. Scott would get an A+ rating for customer service. 2 years ago, my first service experience was much like my first sales experience. I was not at all impressed with my service call. There was greasey hand prints on my hood and a glob of grease on my console inside the car. Unhappy I did the remainder of my service calls down the street. I shared this wth Soctt and he apologized and strongly encourage me to give the department another try. He said there is a new Service Manager and he and his team came highly recommeded by Scott. I did purchase a service package with this Grand Cherokee and will give the department another try. If my second serivce call is as good as my second sales call...I'm sure I will be delighted to stay! The business Manager Jim was also super friendly, knowlegable and took his time to ensure I understood my options completely. Totally satisfied with him as well.
