Juan and Grace Auto Group were 100% honest and transparent, with no ridiculous extra fees added. They didn't ask for an exorbitant five-figure down payment, unlike other places, considering our unique situation. **Open-Mindedness** - The entire team at Grace took the time to get to know us and build a relationship based on trust before selling us our Mercedes E350. **Willingness** - Here is a direct quote from Juan via text during the financing process: “Most banks have computers doing the approvals, but we have strong relationships with our lenders and prefer to get someone on the phone and do it that way.
