Drove from Austin to get my son a car he saw a line. Cecy Castillo was amazing from the start. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Drove the 35 minutes there with a list of 4 vehicles to see. NONE had all of the options that they had listed, and 1 of the vehicles wasn't even there. The sales man said that I could pay to have a sunroof see. NONE had all of the options that they had listed, and 1 of the vehicles wasn't even there. The sales man said that I could pay to have a sunroof installed, since the vehicles advertised as having them- didn’t. He said it was the fault of an outside company that lists vehicles on various website, as the reason that 4 listings were incorrect. The facility had a horrible odor inside, and was all around a gross experience. I would definitely not recommend. More

Bought a brand new 2022 Chevy Silverado yesterday and today at 140 miles and a few hours the check engine light comes on. Called and talked to the manager Ruben and immediately comes at me sideways.
