Horrible customer service. I took my truck in 3 times for a transmission issue. They had my truck a total of 20 days and weren’t able to diagnose it. Had the audacity to call me on the 10th day of having it (3rd time, first and second time were both 5 days) to ask me what’s wrong with it. LOL. After I explained the same thing in detail each time, took Joe a “technician” on a ride along where he confirmed he heard the sound and felt the slipping. Then they wanted me to explain again what was wrong with it?!? I’m taking it to another dealership, and after I voiced my frustrations with them they said “ok” and hung up on me 😂 no trying to apologize for my experience or anything. Just hanging up on me. I would NEVER recommend these technicians to touch any car ever. More

After using this service department for the second time. I'm very disappointed. They constantly lie to you by giving you misinformation. I have purchased from bigger dealerships in the past and I think Graff Chevrolet nickel and dimes you for every penny they can get. Either the staff is uneducated on their contracts or they are lazy and just want to get you out of the building. More

The service department is on point but your finance department not so good. Communication with this department and the lack of customer service will definitely make me buy from other dealership, i unde department not so good.
