If there was less than 1 star, that’s what I’d rate them. Overall Chevrolet has taken a huge step back in quality. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Sales is great, the reason for my 1 star. Overall Chevrolet has taken a huge step back in quality. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Sales is great, the reason for my 1 star. Unfortunately the service department and quality control has fallen off the deep end. I purchased my 2023 Traverse for mainly work, I’ve driven less than 10k miles in 2 years. The radio screen went black one evening about 4 months after purchase. I use the back up camera for booking up trailer so it’s desperately needed. I took the vehicle in and the middle aged Hispanic woman, acted like I was bothering her when I had an appointment for them to take a look at it one Monday morning. Unfortunately the screen came back on literally as I was on the way to the dealership. After 5 hours waiting for the vehicle, they tell me that since the screen was working, they couldn’t do anything about it. Ok, this took 5 hours (appointment was made) to come to this conclusion. Ok, no problem. I’m on the way home and the darn screen goes out again but I didn’t have time to take back to dealership for a couple of months, especially not going thru that experience. Fast forward to June 9, I finally have some time to get this fixed finally. No appointment, so I wait 5 hours and the service tech tells me they need to order a new radio. I’m ok, so I leave. They will vall to schedule to install. No call for at least 2 weeks when the sales rep contacts me to do a trade in. I explain to him the ordeal and he actually helps with coordinating me to get the truck in for the new radio. He sales rep tells me that the service department called me to set up the radio install, no missing calls on my phone whatsoever and I know the last 4 numbers from their phone number they call from. So that was a lie. July 15, I take my truck in, I was only there for 4 hours this time, and the that they got it working but the screen doesn’t raise like it’s suppose to (you can put sunglasses in the compartment behind the screen. The service tech actually asks me if I even use it, like he wanted me to be ok with its condition. SMH. I tell him that they need to call me when they get the new radio screen in. The service tech calls me 2 days later asking when I can come in as his boss is trying to close out the ticker. I proceed to tell him that the earliest I could bring the truck in was that next Monday, July 21 at around 11 am. I actually made it in at 10:00 am and they only took 1 hour, unfortunately again the part of the screen that allows it to raise up, was broken. Who checks these parts for quality control. I’ve wasted 4+ hours driving back and forth to this place and over 20 hours waiting for this RADIO to still be messed up. What a joke! More
