When we purchase the vehicle we were told we had no choice but to get the scratch proof stuff on our car but imagine it's not. It doesn't cover scratches. It's for environmental scratches. I was charged 285. 00 for used car inspection. Merrillville Toyota quoted 199.00. Schereville Toyota quoted 195.00. Graff is my home dealership and would not match the $ 00 for used car inspection. Merrillville Toyota quoted 199.00. Schereville Toyota quoted 195.00. Graff is my home dealership and would not match the $90.00 difference. That's a breach of loyalty to a loyal customer. Can't do that type of business. Poor customer service! More

I came in for maintenance and an inspection. I was not advised of any immediate issues that would be found with a generic inspection, like brake pads.
