It took over 1. 5 hours for just an oil change. When I realized how much time had gone by I asked what is going on. I was told a lot of bla bla bla. I explained I've 5 hours for just an oil change. I explained I've had many oil changes here over the past six years and it's always taken only one hour. They finally sent someone back to check and said it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. I went back in the waiting area and then a gentleman came out and called my name. I responded I'm here and he said my car was ready. I started packing my things and then I heard the gentleman walking around calling my name again same guy. I said I just told you I'm here he said and I quote I didn't see your lips moving. But he heard me because he said my car was ready. I found this very rude and I told him that in particular that he was very rude. More

Tony was my sales guy, and Trustan was the finance manager, and Robert was the fellow in the finance department that buttoned up all the paperwork with me. Robert in finance is the only reason this wasn't 1 star. I had issues getting someone to even work with me in the beginning. I almost passed up Graff but Tresten came back and helped me out. I drive 15 hours up to Indiana from Texas because it was a fairly good deal and I wanted that exact truck. Well I drive 15 hours back, and 3 days later when I go to get new tires on it am told that the rear axle bolt is sheered off. The same issue I repeatedly asked the guys to check before I purchased the vehicle. When I texted the guy that said "hey text me if you have any issues," I'm just sent a reply that basically reads "it may be covered under the warranty". Fortunately it was. Well now 9 days since I got it the A/C is now not functioning properly. If you buy a new truck I'm sure Graff is a great dealer. But having bought a 50k truck from them and just get a text that doesn't seem to indicate any care for my truck issues, I would not buy another truck from them used. Even an apologetic email would be great, not just "you bought it not our problem" response. More
