Front desk person Sonja was friendly. Disappointed though that my car was not done on time. I clearly stated that I needed rear brakes done and they got fronts instead. When Bosak purchased the dealership, we were unhappy with the service. So far, the service we received from Graff Toyota has been very good. We are pleased that they purchased the dealership and use today's technology to enhance communication with the customer for service. We really like the change so far and plan to continue our Toyota experience with them in the future. More

Wasn't as friendly as the previous owner didn't go over inspection of vehicle only tires. Came home and my windshield wiper fluid was totally empty even though it said on the receipt they filled it so disa inspection of vehicle only tires.
