I purchased a used car at Grainger Honda soon after it was listed for sale. Consequently, it had not yet been serviced or detailed. After my test drive, I pointed out a clicking noise that needed address was listed for sale. Consequently, it had not yet been serviced or detailed. After my test drive, I pointed out a clicking noise that needed addressed and that the vehicle was not clean inside. I was promised that both would be taken care of, when I returned to take possession in two days. The detailing work that followed was not up to standards. I had to vacuum a large untouched area in the back, scrub off some sticky areas on the floor, and wipe off many smudges on the ceiling. Then, under the manufacturer warranty, I took the car to another dealer who repaired the clicking noise. Also, I called with a question a few days after taking possession and they did not reply to my voicemail message. Overall, Grainger Honda does a very poor job of customer service. More
Service department is incredibly hit and miss. Sometimes really good, other times you’d swear they are complete con artists. Apparently if you have a new vehicle under factory warranty, they still want to really good, other times you’d swear they are complete con artists. Apparently if you have a new vehicle under factory warranty, they still want to charge you $150 to diagnose the issue. What good is a factory warranty then? That’s a complete ripoff! More

Disappointed in the service department. I do want to say everyone was very nice. I had an appointment but they would not look at my car today because they were too busy. I live an hour away. They could have at least used my appointment time to run a diagnostic test on my car or called me and said sorry we have overbooked ourselves. More
Salespersons not what I expected at Grainger! I stressed to the salespeople that I had to have a rack on the vehicle. I started with one and ended with another Salesperson. Emergency Service Visit While enroute from FL to NC on I-95 last week, the engine on our Pilot began running extremely rough and dreaded “Check Engine” light began flashing. While enroute from FL to NC on I-95 last week, the engine on our Pilot began running extremely rough and dreaded “Check Engine” light began flashing. This was just as we were going by Savannah. We pulled off, checked with Siri, and learned we were less than 5 mi from Grainger Honda. We limped into the dealership. Even without an appointment, they were able to expedite our servicing, by writing us up as “IN TRANSIT”. Thanks to Cameron Vaughan & the entire crew, we were back on the road in a little over 2 hrs. Although they are not my “home” dealership, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and strongly recommend them to others! More
I’m astonished at the 3.5 star rating. We recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Grainger. My wife’s family has bought several cars from Grainger over the years. From the first internet encounter until final delivery of the vehicle everyone involved was exceptional. We got an excellent price on the vehicle. The trade in price offered wasn’t stellar, but when trading in a 16 year old beater what can you expect? The BCD person Andrea was friendly and knowledgeable. She sent us quotes virtually instantaneously. We were warmly greeted by our salesman Alex Moorman who treated us with courtesy and respect during the buying process. The negotiation process was cordial. I was confused on one of the Honda incentives so the floor manager Patrick Grainger stepped in to clarify things and finish the deal. We next met the finance manager Derek Knowles. In past experience at other dealerships this part of the process can leave a bitter taste. Not so at Grainger. We were offered several packages for warranty extensions , maintenance etc .There was no hard-sell pressure to buy any of the packages. All in all if I could rate them a 10 star I would. Thank you Grainger Honda for a wonderful car buying experience. More
Horrible encounter with sales woman, was interested in a Used Blue Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro but she completely overpriced it and would not budge she was extremely rude also.
