I signed paperwork that day, without going to any of my other appointments. He showed me several cars, all great, and he made the process totally easy and pressure free. I was really anxious about car shopping, I hate pushy sales people, and Duane at GJ Volkswagen was the exact opposite. He never once pushed me into the sale.
