Saved Vacation.. My family and I were traveling from Ohio to Las Vegas, for vacation fun and visiting family. We were driving a 2006 car which my wife and I had spoken of trading in the next year. We made it 17 miles past Junction City when the car engine decided it was done in. After a tow from AAA, a quick check from 2 mechanics (who told me what I already knew, loud clanking noises, broken engine, big money repair), we got a rental car and got a room for the night (it was only about 2pm at the time). With this dealership close by, I decided it was time to buy a car. This was a large and good looking car dealership, but I knew there were others available if this did not work out. Since I had a few payments left on the 2006, I knew the title was with the financier, so I could get this done. I met with Adam Arellanes, who was very professional, and worked to assist me with this unexpected purchase. Between his hard work, the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager, I got the car and deal I was looking for. Everyone was professional, and friendly. I have purchased 5 -6 cars in my life, and I can honestly say this was as good as an experience, or better than I have ever had. Grand Junction Volkswagen did a great job, and I got a great car. The next day, my family and I were back on the road to Las Vegas and were good to go! Kudos to a great team! More
