I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Staff was friendly and seemingly authentic, but it’s all a facade. Steven, my salesman was sweet as pie during purchase never returned any of my calls thereafter. Alejandro from service dept. had the same MO, very respectful to your face then no follow up or responding to repeated calls. I was promised an owners manual and missing car part which were never provided despite my attempts at trying to get them to fulfill their obligations. Even more egregious was the fact that within two hours of driving the vehicle home the air conditioning stopped functioning and console overheated. I drove home to Florida 6 hours with no air conditioning. Turns out they put a cheap battery in the car that didn’t have the voltage capacity needed for my type vehicle. Cost me over $1000. The only decent person we dealt with was kind enough to gather our info and attempted to get them to cover our expenses, but then suddenly didn’t work there anymore after we never heard from him again. The windshield wipers on car were an improper brand for my Mercedes and didn’t work; I also had to replace within the first week. Ivory in management has no ethics, is curt and unpleasant to deal with. The price listed was increased approximately $2000 and when I brought it up he pointed to another paper he had written up with the listed price to be charged. But the higher price was what was sent to the loan company. After car purchase we waited like 5 hours for them to get the car ready for us to leave. Our day began at 8:45 am and we were there till 4pm. Ridiculous. If I had to do over I would never have gone to grand motorcars and recommend you don’t either. Bad news business there. More

BEWARE – Serious Concerns About Staff Conduct and Customer Safety I am sharing this review as a final attempt to warn potential customers—especially women—about my experience with Grand Motorcars an Customer Safety I am sharing this review as a final attempt to warn potential customers—especially women—about my experience with Grand Motorcars and an employee named Ashuntee (Shaun) Anderson. Despite multiple attempts to reach management, no one has returned my calls or followed up regarding serious and ongoing concerns. Shaun has a documented history of violence toward women and alleged child abuse that currently prevents him from seeing his own son. He has also behaved inappropriately with female coworkers (Hollywood) and openly made degrading comments about colleagues (Ivory, Calvin, and Tim) and management behind their backs. Beyond his personal conduct, I’ve witnessed and been made aware of several unethical business practices, including: • Misuse of customer vehicles for personal errands instead of direct delivery (He will not delivery you vehicle directly to you, and will smoke weed in it until he drops it off) • Disclosure of private customer information without consent • Pocketing unauthorized fees during the vehicle purchase process • Making customers pay for unnecessary "add-ons" that benefit him personally (grand care fees) This behavior is unacceptable, and it's alarming that a dealership would continue to employ someone with this history and conduct—especially in a customer-facing role and/or around women and children when he's not even allowed near children. I’m attaching photos related to my concerns. I encourage prospective customers, particularly women and families, to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this dealership and this criminal in general. I sincerely hope Grand Motorcars takes these issues seriously before more people are harmed or taken advantage of and actually conduct background checks for the safety of all. More

Here is our latest email to corporate after no response : I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the poor, inconsistent and unprofessional service i have received from your dealership, particularly from cooperate and the store manager. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue amicably, you have failed to uphold your obligations under the legally binding "we owe" agreement. To date, your dealership has not fulfilled the terms outlined in that agreement. This continued neglect not only constitutes a breach of contract, but also strongly suggests misappropriation or theft of the funds owed to me. Your failure to deliver on what was legally agreed upon is both unacceptable and unethical. As a military veteran and a current law enforcement officer, it is disheartening to be treated with such disregard and lack of integrity by your organization. I expected better--not only as a customer, but as someone who has served and continues to serve the public. Please be advised that unless this matter is resolved today and in full, i will proceed with the following actions without further notice: *File a formal complaint with the Georgia Secretary of State * Report the incident and all email and text documentation to the FTC - Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney Generals office of fraud. * Submit complaints to the Better Business Bureau and explore legal remedies available to me under Georgia law. This is your final opportunity to rectify the situation and honor the agreement. I strongly encourage you to treat this matter with urgency. More

Once you’ve been lied to and scammed by a crooked car sales team, it makes you dread ever going to a car lot again. The rating and reviews were some of the best I’ve seen so I gave them a try. Best car buying decision I’ve ever made. Honoring the internet discounted price? CHECK. Feeling helped instead of pushed? CHECK. No games or trying to weasel in additional costs on the backend? CHECK AND CHECK! In the end, their car lot calculator worked just like the one on my phone and that is rare. Stephanie is the most candid and caring car salesperson I’ve ever heard of and the overall experience of buying a vehicle this way was as exciting as the new truck and the great price.
