Best car buying experience to date ! I arrived at the dealership unsure what vehicle I wanted but interested in several makes and models. The finance manager suggested a Nissan Altima but I arrived at the dealership unsure what vehicle I wanted but interested in several makes and models. The finance manager suggested a Nissan Altima but I needed to see all options. My Sales team Julie and Oz were so helpful. Julie had to leave before I arrived has because I dragged my feet getting there but she kept in communication with me throughout the process. Oz has the patience of a Saint ! I think we literally looked at every car on the lot and several cars more than once . We began the paperwork at closing time...I ended up picking the first car they' had suggested! I was feeling guilty because of how late it was and I was stressing and Oz told me to take a deep breath and relax he wanted me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and reassured me he would stay as late as I needed! They were amazing.. If you are someone that does not like to rush to make big decisions these two are the people to see! It was truly a pleasant Experience! Thank you More
Worst experience I could have ever had My main complaints are that the test drive with the sales person driving was like a NASCAR test. The car handled well but not what I was looking for in a test drive. After some fast talking about the dealer including an extended warranty and fixing a few little things I asked for 2 new tires. The salesmen said that's all you want and I said sure. To me that meant the extended warranty, fix the little things and 2 new tires. To the salesmen it meant 2 new tires. I loved the car but was frustrated by the salesmen. I started to walk away from the deal and he got oh so nice about cutting a deal. After I signed the initial paperwork I noticed there was no jack so I asked him about it. The answer was, that this is something you should have caught before the deal was made. I don’t like the jacks that come with the car anyway and figure I would just throw my hydraulic jack in the car and walked away. After sitting there for a few hours and my salesmen working with other customers I saw the financial experts and the deal was done. Now 6 or 7 weeks latter the title and registration has not showed up at my house. The temporary tag is expired and I cannot drive the car. I called the dealer for help with the title and I was told I needed to speak to the salesmen and did I have his name. I described the salesmen but could not remember his name. The Service department said my salesman is my point of contact for the Tag issue. I said I do not know his name and they said I have to have his name or they cannot help me and hung up on me. So it looks like I need to use my Vacation time from work to drive over to the dealer and get this straightened out. There is so much more like another salesmen whipping into the parking lot and taking the parking spot me and my friend and I were backing into. My friend blew the horn and we were called honkies…. I mean it just goes on…. The ladies of the dealer seem to have their stuff together and I wish I would have talked to one of them. More

We Wasted Our Time! I have been assisting my son with the purchase of his first car. Like most people, we searched the internet and found what we thought was a good deal. I have been assisting my son with the purchase of his first car. Like most people, we searched the internet and found what we thought was a good deal. I called the dealership and set up an appointment for this past Saturday for a test drive. My son already had his financing in place, the dealership faxed over the spec sheet for the vehicle to our credit union and after some signatures he had a check in hand should the car meet his approval. When we arrived at the dealership, we were directed to a Ford Focus and not the Ford Fusion that was advertised on CARGURUS. The sales rep told us that the Fusion that we thought we were there to purchase had been sold some time ago and they had a Fusion that was two years older for a similar price. Needless to say we walked out as this was their only real remedy offered. It felt like a "Bait and Switch" that many dealerships have been known for. We drove from PTC up to Marietta which was around 35-40 miles one way only to be left hanging. All that I can say to Grand Motorcars of Marietta is your service was far from grand and not one manager came out to apologize for the mix up. Great customer service. I am a 24 year retired Army veteran just trying to ensure that my son gets a fair shake but was left empty handed. I would not recommend this dealership simply because they didn't seem to give a xxxx that we had cash in hand and had driven a long way just to make them money. Needless to say, we are back in the hunt for another Ford Fusion, wish us luck! I just pray that other dealerships will believe in "Truth in Advertising" because these guys do not. PS.... I hope they don't make Carlina a scapegoat because she was actually cool and went to management for advice on the matter only to come back and say "Sorry about that" which means that they obviously weren't concerned about earning our business. 2017 Ford Fusion SE $12,999 is still posted so beware!!! More
