We arrived at the dealership and both Suburbans we wanted to evaluate were ready to go as soon as we got there. The staff was patient and helpful as we had to move car seats for each test drive. The first offer on my trade in was low (as expected), but a reasonable number was reached. There were a couple of minor interior trim issues that our sales person Julie made sure were fixed. She was awesome throughout the entire experience and I would recommend her to anyone. More

DO NOT take anyone on their word - especially the salesman name Darryl Mann, - stay away from him. He does not tell the truth, after you sign and he has made the sale, he will do nothing more. The only person who you can trust and that is honest is Mike and/or the Finance Manager. AGAIN - if you go here for a car- work with Mike- finance team. He will go beyond for you, if a problem does come to pass, he will definitely do what he say he will do. Darryl is arrogant upon completion of selling you the car, but nice is a pie prior to and will tell you if you ever have any problems to call him on his cell. Until you have an issue, then when you call him, he wants to tell you to call the service team. Very bad experience had here... with Darryl Mann, salesman. More
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership I have purchased ovr 200 cars personally and through business. I purchased a cadillac from them about 8 weeks ago. 3 days later the engine blew. I am reasonable, understand that there was no warranty; however, I contacted them and they never returned a phone call. You would think that a Cadillac with 83,000 miles would not have a blown engine. True? $7,000.00 later I have a new engine in it. I am a Pastor, a family man, and a business owner. I understand that things happen; however, to have an engine blow 3 days later, no response from the company is extremely poor service. Would you not agree? I have recommended many dealerships over the years and over 200 vehicles purchased; however, unfortunately I will not be able to recommend this dealership. Please beware! Sincerely, D.K. She gave us plenty of time to drive and look over the car. She listened to our concerns and she even showed some flaws in the car and told us we could negotiate on the price.
