GRAND MOTORCARS IS A TRAP Minutes after driving off the lot with my new car purchased at Grand Motorcars, the tire pressure alert came on. I called about this issue and they in Minutes after driving off the lot with my new car purchased at Grand Motorcars, the tire pressure alert came on. I called about this issue and they instructed me to return to fix the issue. I returned a couple days later to have the issue corrected. After a system reboot, I was given the keys back. For the next TWO weeks, I experience tire pressure issue after tire pressure issue. I called you all three times about this reoccurring issue which required me to alternate tire air refill between the back two tires on multiple occasions. Within days, same two tires I have been having tire pressure issues with since purchasing the vehicle had given out. So, the vehicle was rendered inoperable for over a week. I called and spoke with management picking up the phone unknowingly, even muttered the words "they did not plug his tires, this is on them and they should pick up their own calls for a change." This is evidence enough of the malpractice performed on the daily basis at your dealership. I promised in this call that my scheduled return would result in the repair of my vehicle. Upon my return to Grand and with ownership of responsibility leaning towards the dealership, I was met with hostility and shifty disregard as it pertained to the overdue repairs on my vehicle. Two tow drivers both attested that the current tires were very old, worn and needed replacement well before my three weeks of ownership. They knew of this issue and even with the opportunity to rectify the issue when I brought it back the first time, they chose to ignore it. Leaving me in an incomprehensible position. This is completely underhanded, unacceptable and irresponsible way of doing business. What they did to me was not only a dissolution of trust but a violation of my rights as a consumer. This establishment and it's team of rude, unprofessional employees are manipulative, underhanded people and you won't to stay AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. More

First time buyer thru the internet. I am in Ohio and this was the first time I attempted to purchase a vehicle from such a distance away. THEY DONT INSPECT THEIR CARS Originally i was happy with my purchase , but the day i purchased my vehicle i noticed a hole in my tire. They replaced the tire but soon after (literally one day) i noticed the air wasn’t working properly and the oil hadn’t been changed recently. These people promise that they inspect the cars (conduct oil changes etc. ) before selling but it was evident that none of this was true . When i complained about the air they misdiagnosed the problem and also told me I’d have to take it to a Honda service place. (The car is a 2016 Honda Civic). Honda informed me what the real issue was (it wasn’t what Grand motorcars told Me) and that any mechanic should’ve been able to detect this issue . (My air compressor seazed) . The cost of the repair would be 1600. When i contacted grand motorcars again they refused to help cover the cost for any of it . This was unacceptable given I’d just purchased the car not 4 days before. Eventually after a lot of going back and forth the service manager did offer for me to buy the part and they conduct the service . After , they told me i would still have to take it back to Honda to complete the repair and the only thing they would cover was whatever labor they did at (Grand motorcars) not to mention they only offer a 30 day warranty on their work. There was no way i was trusting them to do another service when they misdiagnosed the issue and didn’t even conduct an oil change . Long story short DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER THEY DONT INSPECT THEIR VEHICLES. More

Great Sales person Came in wanted to trade, Ms. JULIE instantly jump on it!!! We looked into the inventory, she grabbed the keys and before you know it I was smiling and Came in wanted to trade, Ms. JULIE instantly jump on it!!! We looked into the inventory, she grabbed the keys and before you know it I was smiling and driving! I pulled off the lot with a nice ride, nice car note payment and a very happy customer! She was polite, fast and informative. I would recommend chatting with her if you are in the market of car shopping! More
