I asked for someone to contact me. It took 2 days. She said she would give me a video of the car that day. Nothing. I called back the second day. She apologized again. Promised the next day. Car sat at there lot for 2 we didn't want it after driveing it home I came back the next day told them it had problems . They said they would fix it. Car sat at there lot for 2 weeks and they called me and told me it was fixed. The service manager told me himself no one looked at the car. Needless to say I haven't ÷ven made my first payment and it's gonna cost me $6000.⁰⁰ just to make it safe that's not even includeing everything else wrong with the car. Place needs shut down doing hard working people like this . I'm not the first person they have bent over . It's a common practice at grand motors More
Please listen and learn from our mistake! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE! Read the reviews! Not the Google ones, because they make you give them a good review on there and give you a free oil ch CAR FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE! Read the reviews! Not the Google ones, because they make you give them a good review on there and give you a free oil change. The cars are not serviced before sale and when you ask for basic repairs, they don't do anything. Kept our car for a week and didn't did any work they promised. Unsafe car!!! More
This is an updated review. After posting my original review Grand Motorcars did reach out to my son and ultimately worked out a deal on the 2015 Dodge Durango that he was ultimately happy with and to be review Grand Motorcars did reach out to my son and ultimately worked out a deal on the 2015 Dodge Durango that he was ultimately happy with and to be fair the sales team was excellent (D. Mann) and very professional! The facilities are clean and comfortable and they have plenty of cars to suit almost any desire. After the deal was completed the Finance Manager spoke with me briefly and asked that I consider changing my review in light of their efforts. However, I asked her if she felt anything I wrote was not factual, and she really had no response. A negative review should not be the reason to do right. Just do right as your practice as it's the "right thing to do". So after speaking with my son and thinking about it over the weekend. My view of this dealership will not change much with the exception of the complements noted above. This dealership has great potential to be outstanding and even greater potential to be a problem to customers that are unaware. The different listings with different prices on various websites are a problem. They might not accept offers/deposits for the listed price just in case that someone else is willing to come in and pay more than the list price even if they have communicated a deal already. However, it's my understanding this is a common practice at Grand Motorcars. Thus the public needs to know this is how Grand Motorcars management wants to do business until hopefully, they decide it's not a good business practice or until customers stand up and say they have had enough. So my review still suggests that customers run, speed away, or better yet, don't buy from this dealership. But If you still must do business with them, check for their listing on multiples sites to determine the lowest price listed for the car you are interested in, print or screenshot the ad and bring it with you, get your deal in writing, check for bullcrap fees and push back, have the car inspected (while most cars I saw were nice they do miss things while trying to maximize profits) Don't fall for the dealer prep fees The Dodge my son purchased needed a new radiator hose and technically a new battery yet they wanted to charge a $1400 prep fee. ________________________________________________________________ Original Review: I visited the dealership today 10/12/2021 to look at a 2015 Dodge Durango for my son who lives out of state. My son had been looking at the car for a few days and told me if it checks out he would put down a deposit and travel down to purchase the car. He spoke with Mr. D. Mann and made the arrangements. The car looked good, drove good and was clean. We only noted that there was only one key and recommended the replacement of a radiator hose that looked worn. When my son called to finalize the price the dealer included over $1400 in dealer prep fees and a $699 document fee. Ridiculous!!!! Then after agreeing to take a holding deposit previously, while he made arrangements to fly down to finalize the purchase they then told my son they would not take his deposit just in case someone else comes in to buy the car at a higher price while he is traveling. SMH! Hello!!! Grand Motorcars.......why would he travel without the car being on a cash hold........dealerships like this want to play games, hide additional cost, only take deposits to hold cars only when it suits them to do so. I would not recommend this dealership. The Grand Motors leadership is not true to their word, not transparent, and thus can't be trusted. More

If I could provide a Zero I absolutely would. This company does not stand by their word, lacks simple professionalism or customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. I tried to get this is company does not stand by their word, lacks simple professionalism or customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. I tried to get this issue rectified and was refused to even speak with anyone besides someone named “David” who claims he was the manager without a name tag, card, or any identification confirming this title. Additionally, this individual claiming to be the manager didn’t know who the owner was, Corporate office, or essentially who pays the bills. I sense a very shady business and would encourage everyone to stay far away from this business, company, or whatever they classify themselves as given no one in the location seemed to know who they worked for. Dishonest!!! They lied to us about the car they sold us! Told us that they had done full inspection and replaced brakes. 3 weeks after buying car we are now looking at thousands of dollars in repairs. I will never purchase from this dealership anymore. We was told that the vehicle was clean and no problems was wrong with it. Within a day or two the car started making a very LOUD noise. It had to be imm was told that the vehicle was clean and no problems was wrong with it. Within a day or two the car started making a very LOUD noise. It had to be immediately repaired and we found out upon a professional inspection that there was some issues with paint run offs in several locations on the car..which suggests that it was an attempt to repair the car due to damages and there was different color paint, along with damaged bumper. Damaged wheel bearings etc.. this dealership we believe intentionally failed to disclose that the car had been damaged. The dealership refused to cooperate once we contacted them to rectify the problem. Buyer’s Beware!!! More
