I wanted to add how much I enjoyed my recent service experience at Grand Prairie Ford. I had my oil changed and tires rotated, and during the visit they identified that I needed a cabin air filter and e experience at Grand Prairie Ford. I really appreciated that they provided photos of the items needing attention and let me review everything directly on my phone. It made the process easy and transparent. My service advisor, Santos Flores, was excellent. He was personable, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. The whole process was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I look forward to many years of having my vehicle serviced and maintained here. More

Overall it was a lot of money to spend that we were not expecting, but as long as the work is quality and holds up it's justified.
