I bought an used 2018 Ford Expedition for my wife’s birthday. My wife is 9 months pregnant and can’t travel the 1 hour drive to the dealership. When I got home with the vehicle I had to detail the vehi birthday. My wife is 9 months pregnant and can’t travel the 1 hour drive to the dealership. When I got home with the vehicle I had to detail the vehicle again due to all the trash, stuck candy, chips, etc. throughout the whole car. I also had to order more parts that should have been on the vehicle. I purchased these parts from our local Ford Dealership. To top it off, we were told that we would have to drive the car all the way back to the dealership because our vehicle’s A/C did not work correctly. Once again, my wife is 9 months pregnant (due to be induced in less than a week) and can’t leave the city we live in. We were told we would have to figure a vehicle situation because it may take a while to fix. Well we took the Expedition to our local mechanic to fix the A/C because I can’t afford to bring my wife home from the hospital in a hot vehicle. Come to find out…..the vehicle didn’t have any Freon. After several hundred dollars later, we have a fixed A/C so I can bring my wife home in a cool car. I am so frustrated with this whole car buying experience and how difficult it has been. I understand it was a used car but it also should be a car that we shouldn’t have to have detailed, buy more parts for from our local dealership and also take in to get the A/C fixed. I failed to mention we still have not made our first monthly payment because the vehicle is so new to the family. I will definitely not be returning to this dealership due to our frustrations. More
