Worst customer service I had had from a dealership in 50 years. Mader appt to have just and oil & filter chance, nothing else for 10.30am Sat morning. We I arrived I was the only vehicle in the bay and I waited 10 minutes before someone came out to my truck. I live an hour away so I had to wait for my truck. After 3 hours I asked the service advisor where was my truck and he said it was almost ready. I ask him why it is taking so long for just and oil change and I had an appt. He said I had to wait in line. I asked him what is the purpose of having an appointment. I told him the sign in the office says appts are given priority. He did not know of any sign. It also says that on their receipt. After 3 and 1/2 hours my truck was finished and was not even washed. It took that long just for and oil change, That is unacceptable and I was never informed of the status while I was waiting. I will never go back to this dealership. They could have at least offered a free oil change for my trouble. More
I purchased a Ford truck from this Dealership in 2017. I drove 60 miles passing many Ford Dealerships along the way. My Service Advisor tells me it will 7-10 Business days before they get to diagnose it. Either Ford vehicles are breaking down in droves or the Service Dept is poorly ran because 7-10 business days is beyond ridiculous. I was considering buying another truck from them but this changes my choice of Dealerships. I don't want to hear any COVID-19 excuses at this point. You either have qualified Techs or you don't. I checked with other Dealerships and the wait for them varies from 3-5 Days after appointment. Needless to say I made an appointment elsewhere. More

Service manager Melissa tried to get me to say I had Excellent service on my Ford 2006 in exchange for refund of $205. Although they corrected the mechanical issue I still had to pay for the part, which is not right because I didn’t have this issue when I took my truck to you for an oil change. I requested that the replaced part be saved and I will pick up when I pick truck up, but guess what...it was locked in the service technicians tool box and no one had a key. The service was not at all excellent, so I can not lie just to get a bribery refund. Also the service tech left grease in vehicle. More
Parts Manager is not easy to work with I'm currently driving a ford with a broken AC. Still would not release the part and would rather I drive around in 100 degree weather than help to get my vehicle fixed. Will let all my friends in DFW to stay away from Grand Praire ford because of lack of parts department Service. More

No precautions taken, they are Not thinking of me, the client. The manager i spoke with was very insensitive and not understanding of what is going on in the world. Make sure they actually did the service you paid them to do I am a regular customer to this Ford Dealer and I am quite disappointed in the quality of service they provide. I took my vehicle to the dealer to get I am a regular customer to this Ford Dealer and I am quite disappointed in the quality of service they provide. I took my vehicle to the dealer to get an oil/filter change, tire rotation, quick inspection, and a recall repair service done. Upon receiving my vehicle I immediately noticed that my tires had not been rotated. I opened the hood of the vehicle and noticed that my air filter box had been left open (the orange seal of the air filter was actually visible on one of the corners). I also noticed that the windshield wiper fluid had not been refilled. I asked to speak to a manager but they assured me that he/she was in a meeting and could not speak to me. My service representative was very polite and helpful and did offer to refund me the tire rotation amount as well as rotating the tires for me at no charge. I asked her to personally check to see if my oil filter had in fact been replaced and she reassured me that it was. To top of all off, days after my visit I noticed that the service tech had shoved the plastic steering wheel cover under the passenger seat....it is safe to say that I will be taking my business some place else for my vehicle service needs.
