"EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE"

I've had my truck into several dealers, and none have provided exceptional service like Grand Prairie Ford. I was greeted with a friendly smile, I was communicated with effectively, and I was checked on and frequently updated by Brandon Young, the service director. Because of that, trust and future business have been earned. Service to others truly is the cornerstone at Grand Prairie Ford, thank you!!!

"Never take your Car or truck after a wreck to get fixed "

The worst ever service they never keep you updated Not once have i got A call to keep in touch with me at all what so ever i had To call at least 20 times to check up on my truck i got In a wreck and was not at fault we both had the same insurance so since my trucks a Ford F-150 i figured I take It to ford to get it all fixed worst mistake in my life ever they have had my truck 2 MONTHS!!!!! And then i had to come out of pocket to get a truck for rental since i needed A truck for work and till this day they still have my trucks it’s been a nightmare and headache i will Never ever ever take any of my cars trucks here

"Grand Prairie Ford, yes, Ford Motor company NO!"

Grand Prairie Ford took care of the problems I had and kept in good communication with me. Auto Nation Ford in S. Arlington did not,even with an appointment. Ford Motor company customer service was non existent and when called the service agent terminated the call by hanging up with no comment or warning. The service team and manager at the dealership were professional and attentive.

"The "Out to Lunch Bunch""

I purchased my '17 pickup new from GPF and had a lovely experience doing so. I thought I'd get an oil change and general checkup for my pickup since I am coming up on owning it for a year. So I set up an appointment to take it in. Drove into the Service facility; waited about 5 minutes for somebody to go out and welcome me. (I was 5 minutes early; maybe only the first or second customer there at that moment, in that area.) Nobody bothered. So I got out and went in thru one of their many doors. Walked down the hall and saw 3 service reps standing there chatting away with my pickup in full view. Cutting to the chase, I was told that there would be a 1 1/2 to 2-hour wait. For an oil change--with an appointment?! Really?! So I quickly left and headed on over to Valvoline, where they're always glad for my business and certainly treat me that way. Grand Prairie Ford's Service Department team was so worthless. The attitude was such as they were out to lunch and I was on my own. I'll find another dealer to do warranty work and similar follow up stuff. But I won't be bothering the worthless nitwits at Grand Prairie Ford's Service Department again.

Been going there since I bought the fusion. The service writers do a great job of getting me in and getting me out. I don't like to screw around with car maintenance so I go there a lot. Always made to feel welcome and valued.

"Outstanding Effort / Outstanding Customer Service"

I'm not accustomed to purchasing pre-owned vehicles, but I love my (new) 2014 Ford Explorer Sport - just love it. But inside of 5 weeks since I purchased my Explorer, the service I received both times just blew me away. They obviously have a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Darrell Casey went out of his way this morning. They have a customer for life in me.

" Very Dispointed! Would not recommend!"

Got good deal but LESS than mo. and LESS than 5k miles brakes went to the Floor and would barely stop! Went back to GP Ford and they told me it would be about 24 hrs before anyone could look at it. Told them Not acceptable it's my work truck need it. They ask if they could give me a ride home! Just left! went to Arlingon Ford they gave me a rent truck and are working on it! Will NEVER go back!!

No communication between sales and service, sales commits, serivce says they don't talk to sales. Had my new car follow up and plates put on, the Service Desk flat out said "we don't do that", i left, if you ever intend to get any service, even once, don't buy here

"Mismanaged Service Center"

- New-Westway-Ford-Customer

My Expedition sat a GP Ford for 8 days waiting for service. They finally quoted me $600 for a $200 repair. When I finally received their quote after 8 days of waiting, I decided to take it to Westway Ford and had the work completed the next day for $200. I highly recommend Westway Ford for repairs and wonderful customer service and think that Grand Prairie Ford is the worst service center that I've ever taken my Expedition or my F-150.
