My wife and I were looking for a safer car as my SUV was in very bad shape. We went around 6pm and we received a friendly greeting and felt welcomed. Mike was our Sales Consultant and was very professional and caring from the start. He asked what brought us there and what we were interested in. Mike did not make us feel pressured into buying, but made us feel comfortable. We were there for a good amount of time, talking and getting the paperwork settled with Jenna who explained everything and again did not pressure us into adding additional things. We were told that it was late that the car would be ready for us to pick up the next day. Well to our surprise, the Hicksville team was able to get the car ready, insured and inspected for us to take home that night. That was a big shock to us and was one that will not be forgotten. Ted was the man that made that happen and we are very grateful for that. It was well appreciated. Since it was late and they didn't want to keep us there any longer since we did have our 5month old with us Mike was more then accommodating and told me to make sure I come back another day so he can walk me through all the features of the car. I work in retail as a Store Manager and you don't always hear about the good, but my experience at the Hicksville Subaru was the most respectful, caring and professional service I have ever received in visiting a Dealership of any brand. I will definitely be recommending to friends and relatives. More

They opened up the doors and let me take it out for a test drive. Everything went smoothly and I was able to get a good rate from Ray. I would have liked a little more time to negotiate a deal but I was able to get all weather mats as compensation. They took some time and some reminders but I was able to get them free of charge. Overall an easy car buying experience and I enjoy the car I have. I would recommend the dealer. More

A truly enjoyable experience We recently visit Grand Prix Subaru and purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback. To say it was a pleasure to work with Kosta Margiotis would be an understatem We recently visit Grand Prix Subaru and purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback. To say it was a pleasure to work with Kosta Margiotis would be an understatement. This was our first car purchase as a family, and we all came (including our preschooler) to test drive a few cars. From the second we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and at ease. My husband and I each test drove a few cars before deciding on the outback. Kosta was able to hone in on what our priorities were, and help us make a decision based on all of that. Outbacks are really flying off the lot; little did I know that our perfect car was waiting for us there that day. Later that week, we returned for the final paperwork, and to pick up our new car. Not only were Kosta and his colleagues considerate of our time, needs, and overall situation, and even our child seemed to enjoy the process. I believe the price was fair as I know the car I wanted was in demand and the real closer was my trade-in. They took all liability and got me out of my remaining lease with no concerns, thanks to Ted Hanlon the sales manager. I most certainly will recommend Grand Prix to anyone interested in a Subaru.
