When I bring my 2018 WRX in for a service I'm always treated great with friendly people working in the service department. They are all very nice and make sure everything is done to my satisfaction. I'm completely satisfied every time!!! I would recommend them to my friends and family and to anyone reading this review. Emily is nasty and rude and avoids phone calls and never calls back. The gm hides in his office and the service manager wanted no part of any problem Stay away from this dealer. Subaru should revoke its license to sell and service. I will take to social media to express my frustrations and warn innocent consumers. More
