Jean's Subaru Crosstrek Joe was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to decide between the Legacy or Crosstrek. After test driving both, we went with the Crosstrek. The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming as well. I had came here with my family and there is a great service waiting area with comfortable seating with snacks and watching tv while waiting. Finally...a dealership with class I walk through the doors of GRAND PRIX with a lot of anxiety. My search for a new car took me to several other dealerships. In each case I was very I walk through the doors of GRAND PRIX with a lot of anxiety. My search for a new car took me to several other dealerships. In each case I was very disappointed. I was confronted with high pressured sales techniques, careless and sloppy sales people, and cramped and distasteful show rooms,. I almost gave up .I did need a car and had done my homework. The decision was made that the Subaru was the car for me.. Finally, out of dispare, I called GRAND PRIX and was connected with Joe Iucci In sales. His approach was vastly different from any I had experienced before. He actually listened to what I wanted. He spent a great deal of time with me over the phone. We talked about price and options. He didn’t start high and force me to haggle for the right price.. To make a long story short… I ordered the car over the phone without having met him or been in the showroom. The good vibes continued once I got there. Joe spend literally hours teaching me about my new high-tech purchase. The financial aspect was straightforward and clear, with no high-pressure aftermarket maneuvers. Bruce , in leasing , was also helpful and low-keyed. .The dealership itself was physically lovely and appealing. At the end I called in the general manager Daniel Ross, to tell him how satisfied I was. I am looking forward to a long relationship with GRAND PRIX !! More

perfect in all ways Recently leased a Subaru Crosstrek from Tom Cali over at Grand Prix Subaru and I must say then entire process was painless. From the moment I walked into the front door, I was greeted by a super friendly receptionist whom introduced me to Tom. Tom was very kind, and made sure that I knew every detail about this vehicle I was already interested in. His knowledge and passion for these vehicles was very obvious which made my decision that much easier. The entire rest of the staff I interacted with at Grand Prix were also extremely nice, and from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I felt a part of a family. Tom followed up with me a week later checking in on my recent lease, and how I am enjoying my vehicle. That was something I haven’t experienced before and that comforted me and made me extremely happy. I will recommend this dealership, as well as Tom over and over again to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More
