The test drive went great but I noticed a few things different with the vehicle from the listing. Also they listed the vehicle as limited trim but it didn’t have some features that come stock with the limited. After my wife and I discussed if the vehicle met our needs we decided to discuss the price of the car. Having the internet readily available and seeing that other dealerships had cars with similar milage, and year, with all the extra features. When we got to talking about the price the experience changed. I know that buying a car can be stressful and there is some back in forth. But I never expected a sales man to be condescending and insulting to a potential customer. Even at one point insinuating that we didn’t have money to buy a car there. I have never been so insulted. I understand money needs to be made on the vehicle but To treat a customer like they are poor or to talk down to them is unacceptable. When I had asked to speak with a manager he replied. I’ve been doing this 17 years and I’m telling you the same things the manager would say. So now he was answering for the manager. Seeing that the situation would only get worse and he has already upset my pregnant wife we decided to walk out and told him we would keep an eye on the car. That night I went on true car and saw similar vehicles with more features and better milage for the same price. Also a 2016 outback with half the milage of this car, fully loaded, not stock anything, for the same price he offered. I had contacted the dealership to speak with a manager about my experience. Received a call back from Andre who is the last person I want to speak with. So here I am writing this review. To say my experience with this dealer is a regret would be an understatement. Even what we learned wasn’t worth the way we were treated. It is not good bussiness. We were NOT satisfied by Grand Prix Subaru. More

The salesman stayed 3 hours late to finish my sale. Joe Iucci is very informative and made the experience as good as buying a car can be. The finance department however, will try as hard as they can to add extra hidden costs without you noticing. Both times I had this issue. I recommend joe as a salesman and the dealership in general always has a good selection and an excellent service department but if I buy another car there, Im getting my own loan beforehand. More

Happy 2017 Outback Purchase My wife and I took a look at all of the cars on the lot before we stepped foot in the door. It was a nice change to be able to look at cars without b My wife and I took a look at all of the cars on the lot before we stepped foot in the door. It was a nice change to be able to look at cars without being approached by the salespeople within 10 seconds of stepping on the lot. We took a lot of time with Frank to go over models and features we were looking for and finally landed on the model perfect for my wife. Then we started negotiating which is one of my favorite games and I fear I was very aggressive and straight forward, but Frank handled us with a smile and we ended up working out exactly the deal we were looking for. Raymond was the next person that got to deal with us and was shocked that I was stubborn enough to walk away over $4.00 a month. We played with the numbers came up with a deal and got the number we wanted. Overall we walked away very happy and the staff was very courteous through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this dealership. We drove away our first Subaru today and are loooking forward to putting the reputation of the car to the test. Raymond was off today so we didn’t get to thank him for staying late to finish up our financing on a Saturday, but again Frank spent time with us getting everything sorted and making sure we walked away 100% happy. We were promptly greeted and within minutes Jeanne Z. assisted us answering my questions, taking us for test drive, and discussing the safety features of the Legacy Ltd. Having purchased several new cars over the years, I must say this was one of the most pleasant new car buying experiences. Jeanne was friendly and knowledgeable and interested that I make the right decision. She was sure to locate the model with the right equipment and color we wanted. No pressure, very relaxed buying experience. Enjoying my new Legacy and strongly suggest putting Grand Prix Subaru on your list of dealerships! More

Now by all means, I know my family are not the easiest to deal with when it comes to trying to sell a car - my parents tend to pull a very strong "Good cop, bad cop show". So this came with a few parts. We wanted to trade in my old Toyota Matrix for a new car. We sat down and spoke to John, and watched him go over every detail of this car, inside and out. He brought up our Carfax history, and came up with a Kelly Blue Book rating that was provided after some details we had initially omitted. Even though we were a bit upset about the price of our car, we were told that the price might be bumped up if we ended up purchasing a new car. Antonio was extremely patient with us, and I am not putting this as an understatement. If he did not have an answer, he made sure to find out for us, immediately. Whenever we had questions or concerns about pricing, he would explain, and double check, to make sure we understood the price we were paying. Now, as I said, we are very hard negotiators to sell a car to. This is not who we are as people, but we also want to make sure what was best for us. There were also a couple of points where we were sold on some options that we originally did not want, but once explained how they really worked, decided that they were better for me, and went with them. Antonio handled it like a champ, stayed with us to the end, and made sure I understood everything going on in the car. We did end up buying the car, and were thankful to everyone. My family made sure to thank everyone who worked with us for our time, and even other salespeople were commenting about how we seemed to be there forever, but also saw that we weren't just putting up a front to be rude, however, we were stern about what we wanted, and how we wanted it. These employees are not just in it for the money, they want to make sure you walk out happy. Needless to say, even with spending a lot more time there than we expected, their calm and patience really helped us through the whole ordeal, and I drove home at the end of the night with a brand new Crosstrek that I love.
