Couldn't have asked Wanted to give a big shout out to Mike Martineau. We had a lot of special requirements and Mike went above and beyond to help us. Couldn't have asked for a better sales person. Besides Mike, the entire staff was willing to work with us when we pulled in. So very nice to know that a place of business is still about customer service. Thank you for a wonderful experience. More
The Ultimate Dream Experience For all of you Men & Women as well as the young Adults out there who have had the opportunity to contact your dealership for a a standard service and For all of you Men & Women as well as the young Adults out there who have had the opportunity to contact your dealership for a a standard service and expect it to be pleasant experience, let me just say I have been to several dealers with the numerous vehicles I've owned ( Nissan, Ford, Mitsubishi, Chevrolet, Toyota, Chrysler ). Grand Strand Nissan went above and beyond their call ! After calling another dealership to make an appointment for service, I was told no appointment was necessary because they had an express service. ? I take my 2015 Altima into this dealership the next day for servicing ONLY to be told I needed to call to make an appointment, there are others to be taken care of and will be a minimum of 1-hour wait. I explained to them I had attempted to make that appointment but to no avail. I was in route to Myrtle Beach so I called Grand Strand Nissan, spoke with John (Service Mgr) who took me in at 5:15 pm, said he'd have me out of there in 30 minutes ( oil change, tire rotation ), BUT was out of there in 25 minutes ! The respect, professionalism, and courtesy were bar none ! His staff ( Ray, Tom, &Terri ) were very understanding and sympathetic with my previous engagement. Thanks John and Grand Strand Nissan !!! I will drive the extra distance for future services. I walked out of there feeling like a V.I.P. ! More
Awkward Test Drive My grandmother has been driving the same car since 1999, so we took here to this dealership to look at getting her something a little newer. As you c My grandmother has been driving the same car since 1999, so we took here to this dealership to look at getting her something a little newer. As you can probably tell by my one-star review, it was a less than pleasurable experience. The used car we chose to test drive was not in the best shape. One of the power window toggle switches popped off at the first touch; the passenger visor cover fell apart in my hands; the headliner was coming undone by the windshield; the heat just barely worked. It's a used car, and I don't expect it to be in tip-top shape - but I do expect things to at the very least not immediately fall apart as soon as I put my hands on them. We might have been swayed to keep the car in consideration had the salesperson we got stuck with was about as personable as a wet paper bag. Couldn't even tell you his name, even though his name was one of the only words he said to us. When we first began our test drive, I asked him what he could tell me about the vehicle. He told me he couldn't tell me much, as the dealer had apparently just received it so recently that it hadn't even been detailed yet (which was obvious based on the fact that things were literally falling off of it as soon as you touched them). Once he let me grandmother drive the vehicle, he basically didn't say another word until we asked where we could turn around to head back towards the dealership. Not "Are you guys from around here," not "I know (x) isn't in great condition, but let me tell you what is great about this car" - nothing. He showed a complete lack of interest in attempting to sell us on the vehicle we chose to test drive, or even making simple conversation. He was more interested in his phone. When we got back to the dealership, we said thanks, he took the keys and walked away. Didn't ask us how we liked the test drive, didn't ask if we were interested in looking at anything else, just walked away. So, we walked away too - back to a dealership we visited earlier in the day, to buy a vehicle that was priced a little higher but was in better shape where we were given much better customer service than we received here. I also took my my 350zx here to have a new clutch put in and it wasn't done right, I had constant clutch issues afterwards. These are a bunch of smooth talking nice guys that deserve to be among the least trusted profession. More

Excellent customer service and they go the extra mile I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a year and a half ago. The salesman Vitaly was excellent and knowledgable. The entire buying experience was easy and comfortable. I ended up selling the vehicle back to them and they paid me top dollar. I handed them the title and they filled out a few forms and I was presented with a check from Marcus. I wasn't even asked to buy a car form them, they just purchased my car. This was an easy exchange, and. I will be back again. I was even given a ride home. Thanks! More
Stay away I am one not to write reviews but I had to share my experience. This dealership had a left over 2017 Nissan Murano and I spoke to a agent and he said I am one not to write reviews but I had to share my experience. This dealership had a left over 2017 Nissan Murano and I spoke to a agent and he said it was selling for 37k not 45k so I decided to stick around and get numbers. First off they, I had 9 remaining payments on my current lease so I already knew I upside down with my current car. During the 3 hour stay The sales associate Andrew ( I believe) would not give me any numbers, just a “ball park” and this is how inexperienced this dealership is that they ran numbers off the residual value and not the payoff quote value! Even I know the residual value is not the payoff! It gets better I’m now called in Stan finance managers office and he gives me numbers which did not make sense because they ran the numbers wrong Now him and the salesman are Cornering me in the office ( Litterally!!!) Trying for almost forcing me to sign a driver agreement which would allow me to take the Nissan Murano home for the night and that they would lock my current car in the back. I have never felt so uncomfortable before. Stay away from this dealership!!!!! Go to Jeep! I got a great deal! Sales must be tough and slow at Grand Strand Nissan! Stay away I will also be writing Nissan! This is 100 percent accurate, they can twist and turn it how they want More
You NEED to shop at Grand Strand Nissan! I HATE buying cars! It is SO time-consuming and nerve-wracking because Im never sure if I'm getting the right car! I plan to stay in my car for a long I HATE buying cars! It is SO time-consuming and nerve-wracking because Im never sure if I'm getting the right car! I plan to stay in my car for a long time, so I want one that will fit me today, next year, and in 5 years. If you are shopping for a car you really need to visit Grand Strand, and ask for Fred Cecil. You wont be sorry! Fred is a seasoned and knowledgable salesman who believes in the Nissan brand, but mostly, he believes in developing a long-term relationship with his customers. He will allow you to choose a vehicle that you want, or he will guide you in purchasing the vehicle that is best for you. He is there to SERVE you, not to SELL you! Fred is a rare find in an industry that is crowded with men and women who feel they have to "make the sale", rather than offer great service. His goal is to match you with the right car at the right price. Fred wants a customer who will come back for their next car, and their kids' cars. He goes about that by being trustworthy and compassionate, while offering great advice and guidance, if you ask. Fred is a car sales man that will change your opinion of car salesmen. Once you have chosen your next car, ask for Vito, in finance. My recent experience was helping my daughter buy her first car. Vito couldnt have provided a much better experience for her. He explained the financial side of the deal with the patience and thouroghness of a father ( which he is). How lucky to have him guide her through such an important transaction, and to Educate us both so well. Thanks Vito, you are a definite asset to your field (and a really nice guy). Bry was very attentive in her internet sales role, and I am greatful that she handed us over to Fred. Marty (Sales Manager) was great. He stepped in to help me out when I showed up on Fred's day off. And, with only one exception, the rest of the staff at Grand Strand were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. That's why you NEED to visit Grand Strand Nissan. Finally, Grand Strand did not insist that they "run credit" before we chose a car! Every other dealer we visited was insistant that they do that. They try to convince you that they cannot get you into the right vehicle without first adding a "hit" on your credit. That ruse is used to structure the deal to their benefit, not yours. Don't let them pull your credit unless you have chosen a vehicle! Another reason you NEED to consider buying your car from Grand Strand Nissan. More
