Corry was outstanding and so helpful with our new vehicle purchase. We got great numbers on our trades and walked out with two brand new Nissan vehicles. While the day was long, Corry made sure we were in the best model for me and my partner. Never once made us feel rushed and also made sure we were the most comfortable. The dealership is clean, and they even had a food truck and lemonade stand on site that was available for purchase which was nice to not have to leave.

Christi was great. Went over everything with me. Didn’t notice any free snacks or coffee? Only problem that I had was when I checked out that was the first time that I was told that they only took cash, no checks. Just debit cards, cash, and credit cards. They charged me a surcharge on my credit card after I had $900 plus work done on my car.

I had an appointment on a Friday for 4 pm for an oil change, tire rotation and a diagnostic. The service department said they might not to be able to look at the car til Saturday, fair enough. They didn’t look at the car Saturday and they never gave me an update thru the weekend on the car and maintenance progress. When I finally got someone on the phone Monday morning they still didn’t do any of the work that I requested. So I was basically out of a car thru the weekend and work on Monday for nothing. They said that they were busy which I understand but I had an appointment. The service agent sounded frustrated with when I called and canceled the service(which they never started). How many days do you y’all need to complete a service? They had my car for almost 4 days and did nothing with it, I had an appointment! I’ve been a Nissan customer for over 7 years and a customer to that specific dealership for over 5 years. They lost any future business from me.

Our salesman, Dennis H., did and exceptional job helping us out from the first hello to the final good bye as we drove off in our new Pathfinder. I couldn’t be happier with my end result buying experience at this dealership. With a bit of turmoil from a 3hr commute to get a sir we’re not going to be able to make this deal work thanks for visiting us comment after I was told the deal would be very possible and then told me I was mistaken on my conversation earlier on the phone before my lengthy travel from emotionless Brandon. No sorry we couldn’t do the deal, or sorry for your long commute back, no remorse or anything from Brandon. So I grabbed my keys and headed back home another hour and half. Salesman Harley called me apologized for my experience and came in with understanding and respect, She realized I wasn’t happy and said on the phone I will do whatever I can to have your business and make your experience better. Later in the day Tyler my internet specialist at dealership called and said I talked with Harley. I will make your deal happen. Few minutes later I get the call come pick up your new truck. Obviously i’m excited now I am. Unfortunately I couldn’t do the commute again for a couple days, he says it’s on hold for you I’ll also I’ll fill up your truck and detail. E Ricki in finance was aware of my budget and was very efficient with my time and made a 2024 Ford Maverick part of my family. Definitely recommend these hardworking people to aid you in your future car purchase. Well minus a Brandon.

In my 40+ years of buying cars for myself and my family, this was the BEST car buying experience ever. Jordan, the sales rep, was a straight-shooter. Not only was he honest, he didn't play games, and he treated me with respect. He answered every question with a smile and took me seriously ... no matter how many times I asked or how many questions I asked. The finance guy, Eli, explained everything well and had the entire process stream-lined so it didn't take forever. Michael, the manager, came into the office, sat down and visited, and explained his philosophy of great customer service - which he lives and inspires his team to carry you. I felt seen, heard, and appreciated. Capital Nissan has a great team and great products!

I purchased my 2023 Rogue at this dealership. I have had ALL my service appoints here. Today in the mail, I received a recall notice stating my car needs immediate service for possible engine damage or potential failure! Grand Strand Nissan told me that I would I have to wait over 5 weeks to get an appointment! I SAID THAT WAS UNEXCEPTABLE. The Dealership refused any other option!!! What a horrible way to treat a loyal customer! I currently have two Rogues that I purchased and have serviced there. Mine and one for my granddaugher. I then called North Strand Nissan and was quickly given an appointment for this Wednesday! What a difference in customer service!!!

Outstanding dealership, wonderful Service writers and service dept. I love my good friend Miss Sara; super helpful and knowledgeable. She’s been doing this a while, she’s been around the block!! Dealer management and owner is TopNotch, a Principal owner that cares about his people, provides them with the knowledge, tools and authority to make decisions in their positions. Why not?? They are closest to the immediate problem. They have the freedom to resolve business and customer issues. If you make a mistake, they learn from the experiences and become a better employee, operator and asset to the dealership!! You can find a quality vehicle at Nissan of Clinton!! They have great variety on all models… but Nissan is the primary brand vehicles. The vehicles are wonderful and have great ownership for buyers. The vehicle follows the owner here in this dealership. Through maintenance and routine vehicle care, most of the employees come to know and befriend the buyers, through service, sales and Nissan ownership. This dealer works with the Community in sales, donations and community support of its residents. Honestly, they truly care about their cars and their customers. It’s why I keep coming back… I’ve purchased and found four wonderful vehicles through this dealership and its employees and made lifetime friendships!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Why would I?!? It’s my hometown dealership!!!

I had an issue with a tire's TPMS sensor. Where I purchased the Nissan Versa from, they did not help me, went someplace else and bought a new sensor,light was still on! Called this place, they said bring it in we'll take care of you. And they did! Right at this dealership! They 2 men who helped me were great! They felt like my big brothers! Thanks Griffin Nissan!
