Gave me the best price, more than 2k less than my local Kansas City dealers could price at. I'm from Chicago so it was easy for me to stay with family, but apparently they also do pickups from O'Hare so for out of state buyers without a base in Chicago that would be easy. Purchase process was easy, financing went smooth. Tried to upsell me on some dealer options like extended warranty and paint protection but didn't hassle me, I understand that is how they make their margins up. Once I said no, there wasn't a hard sell on it that frustrated me. Car had some cosmetic defects with leftover glue on wheels from shipping/transport protection I noticed on inspection but while I was completing deal, the detail shop took care of it. More

Prompt service from the moment I stepped in and with a person notifying Nichole Iacullo of my scheduled arrival. Nichole was very professional and we quickly went through the paperwork and a thorough summary of my new Crosstrek. Going from my old 15+ year minivan, the new technology was actually staggering on sitting in the drivers seat and I'll need to attend your additional learning offers despite being a retired electrical engineer. Nichole gets a 5 star from me. I would also recommend Grand Subaru to my friends should they ask me for suggestions. More
No better prices on new Subarus than Grand Ramon, our salesperson, was fantastic. He's the sole reason we bought our '19 Outback Touring 2.5 from Grand. We had a deal nearly lined up with another dealer, but Ramon's tenacious follow-up pulled us his direction. We plan to buy a new Forester in 6-12 months, plus we'll likely trade for a new Outback in a few years. For both, we'll be calling Ramon at Grand Subaru! More

I give this place five stars, and if I could give Nealy Anderson 10 stars, I would do it. I had talked with two other dealerships (yes, Subaru) while shopping for a new Outback. One of the dealerships I visited twice, but still was not getting the answers to questions I had. When I first visited Nealy, I learned more from her in a 45 minute initial visit than I did from the other dealerships. She had an answer for everything I had questions on, and if she didnt know, she went and talked to someone who did, instead of saying things like "well that's another department and they will tell you later." That was huge for me. I walked out knowing exactly what that vehicle was going to cost with three different financing options to think about. I am probably the worlds biggest skeptic when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, always waiting for a surprise. Well, there were no surprises and I credit most of that to Nealy. Even the financing end of things was relatively painless. Al Hassan was the other individual I will give five stars to. He went through everything in detail, and if I had a question on a number or how it was arrived at, he took the time to explain it with no pressure. I would have no problem purchasing another Subaru from this dealership in the future or recommending this dealership to someone in the market for a new vehicle. More
